  1. I dig the set up. Also creates some back yard privacy sitting back from the house a little like that.
  2. Thanks, fellas. Super happy for dad.
  3. The first Circleville "take back the strip" cruise of 2021 was tonight. Pretty decent turnout. Pics here of just some of the things out and about. Looking forward to many more. These happen the first sat of every month and run from about 5:00-5:30-8:30 or so. It's kind of open like CC&C as far as times go.
  4. After getting the shaft for last years Pumpkin Run, (our goal to have the truck finished by but then it got canceled, thanks COVID) and going to a LOT of shows in the '76 Ford in 2019, this year looks more promising. Tonight was the first "Take Back the Strip" Circleville cruise and instead of driving my Lincoln separately I decided to ride with dad. I'm glad I did. We talked about the truck, the history of it, what papaw and granddad would think about it now, etc. We got to see a lot of Jeep's (MOJO was out in full force), modern muscle, old school muscle, low riders, one off's, Tesla's, imports, domestics, motorcycles, etc. It was a great time. The best thing for me was seeing dad get to FINALLY showcase to "the world" all his hard work. About 97% of this truck was done frame off by his hands. To see him finally able to show it off, even just in little ol' Circleville and see him smiling, was all I needed. More pics of the cruise here.
  5. Like I said, I'm only sharing the info and pics from his FB post. I've never even seen the car myself and I know the guy but my uncle knows him better. Never known him to lie or anything though. PM'd you his contact info. This is where I bow out of it. lol
  6. 2001 Accord V6. AutoLOL. Runs and drives well, tires are good, all wheel bearings and hubs have been replaced, new brakes, a/c and heat work, he's replacing the passenger window motor and doing an oil change then selling it. Said he drove it to the Ohio river twice last week without issue. Told me he would be asking somewhere in the $1200 range. I cannot personally vouch for this car. I know nothing of it and have never seen it in person. I just saw he threw up a FB post talking about it coming up for sale next week. All the info above I took from his post.
  7. Might have a line on an Accord. Asking a buddy for a price. I'll keep ya posted.
  8. This is why nobody is blaming you, Clay. Well, nobody with common sense anyway.
  9. Sucks. Dad and I just discussed getting the Fam '52 out for the first time next week. I was really wanting to hit more this year. Thanks anyway, Clay, and I'll look forward to when we start meeting at Block's Bagels again.
  10. Who do I vote for that will campaign to end using the term "woke"?
  11. I agree about that car (that is now pending ) and I don't NEED to sell but you know what I paid you and seeing some of these gopher tater prices it'd be hard to pass up if someone offered to triple or quadruple my investment. I def have no intentions of selling. We (myself, Beth who loves the car still and doesn't want me to sell, and the boys) plan on cruising and maybe taking some weekend trips this year, but if the price is right, Bob, well...
  12. Who do I vote for that will campaign to end using the term "assault rifle"?
  13. Still too expensive for Clay's liking but if the int is decent this would be a better deal. Diff model but I like both. Also, I apparently need to sell mine.
  14. I've got a garage door guy if anyone is ever looking. Dunno what prices will be but I'll tell him to treat y'all to a handy for the trouble.
  15. So you're just full Karen about diesels then.
  16. This...in so many words. It is? So you can't show where it's illegal to modify a vehicle in any way?
