I like mine ok. The Carvin is 20 years old and the sound and tone is tits. The Hartke has been a good work horse for me though.

I've been playing for 15 years. Guitar for 20. Far more proficient bassist. I currently have a 1984 Fender P-bass, Carvin 300w amp and 15" cab. My premier rig is an Ibanez 405QM, Hartke LH500, and Hartke VX215. Also have a Basstar travel bass for kicks and giggles. As for level? I hate to judge myself as I always see room to improve. I'm no Claypool, Flea, or Wooten, but I have played everything from Southern Gospel to Screamo on stage, and I don't just mean at the local church Christmas pageant...although I've done that too. My last band opened for Saving Jane with 5 other bands and was the only asked back when they came back to town. We also opened for Days of the New and Seven Mary Three. Current band has had an offer from a national artist to produce our album, but unfortunately, it's just not what we want in life. Great opportunity, but I don't think we're gonna persue it. I hate discussing things like this through text because I feel like context gets lost and arrogance is always assumed. At the risk of sounding arrogant, I can and have played with about any band. I have filled in many times and recorded with a few. My apologies if that sounds overwhelmingly egotistic. I assure you, it's not. I have a few buddies that are far better bassists than I, such as Josh Masters of Lovesick Radio and Joey Thompson of Though She Wrote. Anyways, that's a little about me. The people saying to stay put and call 911 are correct. Unless you're an effin' Navy SEAL, Army Delta, USAF PJ, Marine Force Recon, SWAT, or something similar you are at a SERIOUS disadvantage when you start looking for the intruder. They get the upper hand the very instant you become mobile. In my situation we have 3 bedrooms covering both ends of the house. In one is an FNP-9 and a Winchester Ranger 12g, at the other end in 1 room is an XD40 and Mossberg 835 12g, and in my bedroom is my SR9c and the wifes Bodyguard .38 Special, all ready for use. Since I have to post a price, let's say $10,000 OR BEST OFFER on each. Saavy? 20" Dell HD monitor. Like new. In original box. All cables. Hooked up xBox and laptop for a year with no probs. $offer 55 gallon aquarium with: - Stand - 2 light hoods - 2 filters - Gravel - Air pump, stone, AND wand - Decor including driftwood - Fish food - All water treatments/conditioners etc. Basically everything you need for a full on freshwater setup. 40 gallon breeder tank. Never used by me. Does hold water. No leaks or probs with either aquarium. Gameboy Micro. The one that looks like the old NES controller. Color screen. Has a Zelda game cartridge that has 2 games on it. Also has the charger and leather case. All of these things are in good condition. We've moved and aren't using them and my truck sprang 2 coolant leaks and we need some cash. We're also considering moving to NC so we're looking to unload some things. I know it sucks not having pics. I can get some later on if needed but the people that know me here and on OhioVW will vouch that I'm not one for playing f*ck f*ck games. +1 on checking the PX4 Storm SC. Go with the Ruger SR9c. You won't be disappointed. The LC9 is left in it's dust also.

Man. Glock guys jsut can't get away from them even if they've never fired another to give a fair assessment. LOL. This doesn't necessarily pertain to those here, but a recent convo with a buddy IRL proved this to me. My little bro was looking. Showed him the Ruger LC9, LCP, SR9c (mine), S&W M&P both 9 and .40, Glock 26 and 27, and Springfield XD compact and sub compact in 9 and .40. He ended up going with the XW SC .40 saying that Glock didn't feel that great. Had to agree. Truth be told, I wanted him to get a Glock so I could have some fun with it, but I don't think anyone can go wrong with the Glock 26, Ruger SR9c, Springfield XD, or S&W M&P. Those are my top 4 in no particular order.
