My wife and I are thinking about selling our home and on a long shot I would like to try and sell it without a realtor. The house was built in late 2005 and we are the first owners. It is turn key and ready to go. The house is in the country with easy access to 70 and Hilliard. I work on the far east side of Columbus and it is a easy 35 mile commute. Our home is 3 bedroom 2 full bath Cape Cod. It has approximately 1700 sqft on the 1st floor with an additional 1000sqft of unfinished living area upstairs. It is worth seeing and you have to go BUT harness your expectations. I have been to San Antonio 4 times, it is a nice place with a mix of decent tourist attractions. If you are into swimming in petroleum I would personally hit the beach at Corpus Cristi. It is almost a 1.5 hour drive but is a pretty cool area. Austin is a really nice place too. There is a Sea World and Six Flags too. Texas is beautiful if you get away from the big cities. -Erik
