  3. Lol tell Anthony I'll sell it to him for a decent price.
  4. You obviously don't work on cars enough then. IR are the best guns you can buy. I have titanium 1/2" and 3/8" as well. I use the 3/8" for almost everything, you could put on lugs and take them off with it and it's very small and light. The rest of my air tools - rachets, grinders, etc. are all snap-on brand name tools and they work great as well. There are a few guys at work that have the titanium Snap-On guns that seem to work good as well.
  5. These only came out in very limited numbers. This car was very well taken care of, I only got this car about a month ago and I've decided that I need something a lot more practical with a baby on the way. So I've elected to sell the Celica to get something a bit bigger. Car is 5SPD, 148k miles on it. It's an '88 I have every service record spanning back to the day the original owners put their down payment on the car. According to the papers I am the 4th owner. I just got this car from TN, originally from OH. Body: 6/10 It has some surface rust on parts under the car, but a ton of the parts are new so you don't have to worry too much. There's a 1.5x1.5 inch piece of rust on one of the fenders and that's it for the exterior, you could get a replacement fender at the junkyard. Paint is a little faded, but that's how Toyota red gets after a while. Could use a reshoot, especially since someone buffed through the paint a little. There are some little dings all around and one dent in the rear passenger side. Bumper bracket is bent a little downward. Has '95 Celica GT wheels with newer Dunlops at around 6/32's Interior 9.5/10 The only reason I it isn't a 10 is b/c I can't find radio brackets to install the CD player corrently. Everything else is in great shape Motor 8/10 I've been daily driving this and it has given me not a problem. There are a few things wrong with it, but I plan on fixing most of it before it's gone. So it'll have a new alternator and a RF axle. In the past 5 years I've added up more than $7,000 worth of parts put on this car due to the service records, and that's just parts not labor. Most of the pieces were OEM replacements. If you want more details on that stuff I'll let you know, but it's just so much things it's hard to say. It has a TRD street clutch and I've installed a speed-source extended slave cylinder rod to help out the stiffness. Has stainless-stain brakelines. All in all I rate this car for an '88 and how rare it is an 8/10. You'll be one of the only people around if you buy this car. You'll get tons of attention from real enthuasists and weird looks from people when you tell them your Celica is AWD turbo. I traded my Corolla straight up for this car, but I'm looking to get around $4,000 for it. It's a little steep and I am negioable on a price a bit. I'm also partial to trades, anything big and a 4 door. I'm looking for something like a Lexus LS, GS, ES, Old Toyota RWD wagons, possible 4 door Civics, Toyota Avalon, SVT Contour, and others.
  6. Your Ohio driver abstract spans the previous three-year period. License/ID No. SJ160987 ABSTRACT DRIVER RECORDS **************CONVICTIONS************** C1 IN-STATE CONVICTION COURT: GROVE CITY MAYORS COURT COURT CASE: 2005TRD01656 OFF. DATE: 12/11/2005 CONV. DATE: 12/20/2005 POINTS: 02 OFFENSE: SPEED 041 MPH IN A 25 MPH ZONE ***END OF DRIVER RECORDS*** I got pulled over at 4AM coming home from snowboarding. Got put in the cruiser, van was searched, and he gave me the roadside sobriety test. I was really only going 39 and that's what the radar said, but he found a billy club that my dad kept in the van and he threated to send me to jail if I didn't agree.
  7. My camera phone takes better pictures than that.
  8. I'll be there in the Alltrac.
  9. As much as I think this kid is annoying, he does have some truth to his comment here.
  10. I go out of state for all the cars I buy pretty much. It's the only way to find a clean car with no rust. My past two cars were both from TN. Florida isn't that far at all, especially if it's a car you want.
  11. Bah. Too bad they weren't 5x100 or they'd be mine.
  12. Anyone have a used CT26 in decent condition? I'd perfer one from a 3SGTE so I have to make no modifications, but a Supra one would work as well. I'd like one in working condition, or just a cheap one I could rebuild. I have a feeling my 147k mile stock turbo has seen it's better days and I'd like to replace it before it goes out.
  13. I agree with desperado about the zero tolerance. I think everyone who drives under any influence should get the book thrown at them. It's just irresponsible, not only for your life, but the countless lives of other people walking, driving down the road. I don't think anyone should ever be able to get out of a DUI charge. They should learn from their lessons. I've had friends who were killed by drunk drivers at an early age. Drivers who have already been charge with more than one DUI. I believe at one DUI you should lose your license and go to jail at the very lease.

    Need a CarFax.

Could someone do my new car. JT2ST68M3J0004628
  15. Hmmm...Might be time to get a base run for the Alltrac.
  16. Bah... H22 has more torque than a F20C. And they are rated at 240hp and 150 ft/trq at the crank. The best would be to throw in a motorcycle motor just b/c in a little gocart like that the higher the RPM's the better.
  17. I'm not saying he shouldn't go to school to learn. He'll definitely have to learn some things, but UTI is $20k+ to get a degree, when you can go to CSCC for $7k for the exact same degree. The only thing UTI has is higher end placement with companies, THAT IS IF you are never late, never miss a class, get straight A's the entire time you are in the school. Easier said than done. That's the only way you'd be placed at Porsche/Audi/BMW. I know, people from my school went to UTI/Northwestern after the tech school and I'm making more money then them and most of them just left those school and decided to come back to CSCC. I'm just trying to save that kid's/parent's money.
  18. Three words...waste of money. Experience > spending $20k+ to learn things you could have learned for free. Or at Columbus State for less than half the price.
  19. Why would you use someone else's car for your senior pictures? Especially when it's not a classic car or in that great of shape.
  20. Well in high school I was in the Auto Tech program. So I did that for two years, my junior and senior year. I got out of high school and got some experience at a tire/oil change place. Now I'm working at a dealership making low $30k a year, living at home with my parents rent free. lol I really don't want to be wrenching on cars the rest of my life. I have recently pasted my firefighters PCT so I'm on the list for the CFD and I'm hoping that I'll be able to become a firefighter and just work on cars part-time. All I can say is don't mix your job with your hobby. I love cars and since I've been working on cars for the past few years, I hardly want to touch my own car, I just feel so burnt out sometimes. That's why I'm trying to get partially out of it and just wrench part-time.
