  1. put a big prybar between the steering knuckle and the inside lip of the wheel and give it a good hard pop
  2. heh lets put a 468 in a tttrrruuckk yeah good idea jim bo.... time for a 2 ton rear end now, maybe you can put 190hp to the ground

  4. if you want stereo stuff go buy what you want I can help you install it...... if you want to make it faster call slow motion and see what they can do for ya
  5. rockers torqued to spec, not driving it ( too fucking cold to change the oil outside ), just a junkyard head...... I've got it mostly sorted out if it keeps dumping fuel after I change the oil and fire it back up I'll pop a new injector in there if it still does it after that I'll replace the pcm
  6. I would not buy an oil free compressor they are loud as fuck mine drives me crazy I would get the biggest compressor that fits comfortably in your garage a twin stage oil bath compressor will be much more quiet and the larger tank size you run the longer you can hold higher pressure on your air tool wich allows it to deliver more torque consistently. I have a little garage so I have the biggest compressor I can fit wich is an oil free 30 gallon it gets the job done but I have to wait on it sometimes if I'm running a die grinder or an air drill...... moral of this long ass post the bigger compressor you buy the happier you'll be
  7. I can get a socket as small as 22mm for my 1" gun I forget what size bolt those hondas use but that gun has never let me down on a stuck crank bolt if you need it hit me up if you don't use oe stuff get the kit from napa it has all the tensioners and idler pulleys in it +1 for a new water pump at the same time and line all the timing marks up before you remove the old belt it makes it really easy to put it all back in the right place
  8. I picked up this 94 cherokee 4.0 and it had a bent valve on cyl 3 and bent pushrod so I put another head on it and got it going drove it for a couple days and on my way home from work yesterday it starts rattling and stalls get the valve cover off and I have 2 bent pushrods on cylinder 4 and the end of the spark plug is all hoed out but the valves and rocker arms seem ok the oil level is also now way over full like 3 inches over the mark do these things have injector problems or a computer error that cuases the injector to lock open? I'm going to replace the pushrods and change the oil again and see what happens but I'd like to correct the root of the problem thanks
  9. We buy lawn art. We have a busy body neighbor so I do my best to respectfuly annoy her. She is a pain in the butt. She drives around the neighborhood looking for stuff to report as violations. She has backed off of us. I let it slip to another one of our neighbors that I was planning a dandilion coup on her perfect lawn. meg posting....
  10. I've always been a fan of Death Row's Greatest Hits but I have Dark Side of The Moon in my cd player right now also
  11. It has spark and a good wire on cyl 3 hot or cold a new spark plug and a new injector I don't have the tool to get a probe down in the harness to check for injector pulse it might be bad injector harness injectors are not batch fired on this motor I would try to borrow a good computer from someone to test with if a known good working comp does not correct the problem the injector harness is probably bad if you need it I have a good color wiring diagram and a pcm pinout you can have
  12. what do you have and what do you need to get out of them?
  13. no it doesn't they just call it a police action instead of a war to get around it.... I'd pay close attention when somebody says something like that most of us on this board are still young enough to get drafted

  16. drain the radiator out into a bucket so you can reuse the coolant and shine a light down inside the endtank I just changed a radiator the other day that had a bunch of muck in the bottom of it car would cool fine at idle and overheat like crazy while drving
  17. you can get freeze frame from obd1 but you have to have the scanner hooked up when the pcm sets the code what kind of problem are you having? those old speed density 2.8's and 3.1's are pretty straight forward to trouble shoot
