fyi 87-93 is different from 94-95 in the timing cover and waterpump department I have an oil pan a couple sets of valve covers and a stock cam come and get it

put a coil in it and then take it to autozone and have them reset codes or drive up here and I can do it

nah you don't need to clear the codes it will just add a cyl 5 misfire to the history if you don't clear it out

not every state uses an actual title my mustang was from michigan and a bill of sale with an inspection was good enough to get it titled here -
