I wouldn't let anyone local touch a buick motor thats not a stock rebuild it requires custom clearances, special oiling system mods etc, rods are going to need made or you'll need to go through 100 stockers to get a perfect ones that can be cryoed or shot peened to hold up.... you take it wherever you want, but if I was going to build a big block buick again I wouldn't let anyone but jim touch it

before you change the driveshaft....... check the engine mounts and make sure they are in good shape and not hardened or mushy also check the tranny crossmember and make sure it hasn't rusted away the most probable cuase is the driveshaft, but check all the other stuff first

you can bring it by ntb this saturday if you want..... 232-8881 if I had to guess I'd say stuck open thermostat and or blocked heater core does the car over heat or just not blow warm air? if your handy unhook your heater hoses at home and using low pressure water from a garden hose run some water through the heater and see what comes out of it hth
