  1. the timing cover is bolted to the valve cover on toyotas you also want to change the spark plug seals when you do the valve cover gasket
  2. what I did was measure the radiator and the space I had between the wp pulley and the radiator and then I stuffed the biggest fan I could find in there the mounting took a little ' engineering' if I had to do it over I would have just bought the bolt on fan and let it go
  3. I had the lincoln fan untill the motor siezed up now I have a set of dual fans from a v6 contour they fit ok, but I had to use an aftermarket coolant bottle

  8. one wire on the two wire plug goes to ignition hot ( turns the alt on) the other wire goes to the batt post on the back

I have the f4te casting it has a factory flat tappet cam in it now however the block appaears to be machined for a roller cam.... from checking mustang specific sites some say a roller cam is a drop in some say I need a reduced base circle cam I don't care wich way it needs done, but I just want to buy the right cam and lifter set and not have to fuck with it much thanks
  11. not if you weld or bolt in a set of subframe connectors
  12. your more looking for a standard side feed 650 or 700 then I can look and see, but I don't think I have any chevy carbs left
  13. also if all the lines are rusty theres a place here in town that sells all new prebent steel lines for mustangs the name is escaping me at the moment however
  14. sometimes even after a shor teardown the lifters take a while to pump back up the 2.3 in the mustang ticked for almost a whole day before it shut up
  15. should be a union between the prop valve and the rear
  16. take a computer out of a countour or newer cougar and repin your harness to match

I might have 1 or 2 highly modified q-jets left front feed 850+ cfm if I have any left they are set up for a cam that makes like 6" of vacum at idle they have no choke or cut down choke towers idle circut enlarged filter removed air doors adjusted to pop right open extra big accelerator pump and the biggest jets and smallest rods I could get let me know if thats what you need and I'll look for them
  19. that tire shouldn't rub..... I've had 11.5x16 on my fox and they never rubbed
  20. what did you do with the blue armrests? I need a set for my bug fogger
