the 4.2 to 4.0 is the most direct swap the easiest way is to find a low mileage wreck in another jeep so you can get the harness and pcm depending on what year you get the motor from you can get dis (coil on plug) or distributor ignition you could rebuild your 4.2 , but by the time your done you have as much opr more in it than you do with a replacment or even a swap 256-4040 ask for derek or dave Thanks

no..... and the bolt pattern is wrong anyway the same company that makes raptor trannies also sells do it yourself kits if you are not comfortable rebuilding a trans contact Turborust ( derek) he has the number for the guy we use he could put the kit in for you reasonable don't forget a good converter

you can make a noid light with a 3157 bulb hold the bulb facing you and unbend the right front wire and the left rear wire instant noid light stick unbent wires into suspect injector lead and test

I don't send much work out, but I don't have the tools to do rearend work so I dropped my mustang off with rob and had him do 410's a detroit locker and moser axles the gears are nice and quiet and the the work was done quickly thanks again I'll be back for sure
