a plastic connector on A/C my charging hose is made out of brass. you can buy a change over fitting individually from the autoparts store if thats what is messed up if your going to be at mcir this friday bring a good fitting and a couple more cans of refrigerant and I'll help you charge it. won't take but 10 minutes can do it while waiting in line to race
I don't need a gun I'm going to use a crowbar so I get some satisfaction from my revenge. most likely though the tools are gone if anyones got some used stuff they want to part with cheap I'm now in the market for a few things
one word sums up why pushrods are greater than a cammer. HEMI. every top fuel/funny car has one with 16 pushrods. show me an over head cam car that can produce wheelspin at over 300mph. and we can continue this argument
so I get home from work today and I've got a set of wheels/tires to try out on the shadow for a couple days. so I walk into the gargae turn on the valve to the compressor flip on the light then I turn around to grab my impact wrench off the shelf and its FUCKING GONE along with my medium impact wrench both of my air ratchets my butterfly impact my d/a sander and die grander they also got my electric impact. I'm the sure the shits all pawned by now but some of its easy to spot becuase most of it was very old hell the ratchets both needed rebuilt. I'm also not one to accuse anyone of anything but theres been some peole around to pick things up when I havn't been home and my parents don't always watch so close. if you borrowed my tools or know who did please contact me or just stop by and leve them on the porch. I'll be hitting the pawnshops this weekend I guess and maybe the fleamarkets to look for my tools if anyone wants to roll with me that would be cool
goddamitt I'm fucking pissed
/rant off
so august the third or did you really mean call me later on today or you can call me now scince I called you earlier and you didn't call me back smile.gif
if its a slow leak you may have to top it off once in awhile thats most likely what it is. if its a bad leak you'll know fast. the other thing you can do is turn the can upside down and put liquid in it says not to on the can but sometimes thats the only way to get a low system to charge yo umight try that first befor you hot wire the compressor
if you need too temporarily hot wire the compressor so you can get freon in it. it should have a two prong plug in the top or side behind the clutch figure out wich one is the power and jumper it to the battery the clutch will lock up and stay engaed untill you unhook the jumper or you get enough in to make the pressure switch work properly
the compressor has what is called a clutch cycling switch thats pressure activated if you don't have enough refrigerant in the system it keeps the compressor from burning up. I would just recharge it probably be fine
