the pads and the rotors usually wear down together in those cars the front pads should also have sensors in them I'm seeing several brake options on this car pads run anywhere from 40-100 in ceramic with the sensors rotors are about the same the sensor in the pads is fairly accurate and a light should come on in the dash when the pads are worn out

yes you need to replace the bolts however with less time invested and probably less money you can just replace the entire engine with a low miler from the salvage yard unless you are repairing an SHO

drain the fuel out of it remove the plugs change the oil and crank it a couple times then let it dry out for a awhlie fresh plugs clean fuel and try again same thing you would do if a car got flooded
