The 2.5 foot pool is essentially cause we have a 4 year old. I dont want something to deep until he becomes a stronger swimmer. With this pool its enough to lounge around and cool off in the evenings.
Essentially the space i have to work with behind my house is 13' Wide and about 80 feet long. So i am kinda limited on what i can work with dimension wise. My house sits on side of a hill so front yard is basically 45 degrees so i dont wanna try it out there.
Think i am going to buy a pool for the backyard. Dont need anything fancy (nor do i have the room for it) But i have a strange question on a small pool such as
http://www.qualityinflatables.com/easyset10foot.html
What kind of base could i use to put the pool on a concrete patio. would a regular tarp work to protect it from ripping. Could i use some leftover carpet to protect it. Or should i just accept that i might have a lil dead grass and put it on the lawn.
Any hints suggestions or ideas are appreciated.
Thanks Andy
If my lil red boy doesnt stop being pissed off and build him a bubble nest and get busy i may take you up on that.
I am buying a solid divider tonight see if that calms him down. If that dont work im gonna introduce him to the oscar... (j/k)
Yeah and i dont know enough about betta yet to see if he wants a lil action or he wants to kill them. Tonight im gonna buy some aquarium background and stick it to the divider and poke lil holes in it see if it settles him down. He displays constantly which i think cant be completely good for him lol.
The oscar is about 10-12" long unfortunately he is only in a odd shaped 29 gallon tank. I need to get him a 55 or 75 gallon tank. Once i get bigger tank im gonna try my luck with a Channel Catfish to see if it can help him with socializing. But as of right now he has killed another oscar his size. Beat up a African Cichlid ate a large clown loach and killed a big placo. But he loves the camera lol.
I was little bored so i tried taking some pics of our fish.
The Betta actually has 3 females on the other side of the tank its divided. Just got those fish. I need to get a liner to actually block him from seeing he goes nuts when they come near the glass.
The oscar is all alone cause all he does it kill anything that comes into his tank.
Here they are tell me what you think and post up what you have.

Good Commercial. The only thing i didnt like was the JDM part thought it was kinda cheesy but overall it actually fit well with the Toyota commercials of the late 80s-90's
Just so you know it is not all Licking County based.
Its guilty by association. When i first moved out here i could guarantee where i would see you and a select group of friends hanging out. Im not saying it is bad that you sat in a parking lot and talked cars with buddies hell i stopped by and bs'd with you as well. But when a cop drives by and sees your very easily recongnized cars you draw attention and they are probally more inclined to pull you over if they see you doing anything.
I have been pulled over 1 time in 3 years living in Newark and thats cause i was doing 45 in a 35 at 3 in the morning. I got a warning and told to slow down and be careful.
I lived in Columbus for 3 years and got pulled over probally 6 times and got 2 or 3 seatbelt tickets out of it which should have been speeding tickets.
Just another perspective.
Dont be EMO learn to ignore 85% of the shit said on here and you will surivive. And remember even 2 years from now people will throw the fact that you quit up in your face if you cant deal with that then this may not be the place for you.
Welcome to CR
I work about 2 minutes from Cherry Valley Rd im pretty sure i have seen your car out here but i just figured you lived in cbus so i assumed it was someone elses.
