I dont know what all venues you have explored but when we were looking for a larger car lot for our dealership we contacted a Commercial/Industrial Real Estate Agent (few actually). There are so many hidden properties that word of mouth is not always best when locating a property. Might be a idea. I would personally broaden the search get some commercial agents involved and see options out there. I think with current market conditions you should be able to find a much larger shop in a decent area for good money right now. But to answer original IMO presentation and location are very important. If i had a megabucks build going on i would rather have peace of mind that my vehicle was in a safe secure location.

That was freaking hilarious. I am in office all day but i get to stare at a 2004 Corvette Convertable and a 1994 Firebird TA I think 35th anniversary edition w/ 3k miles on it.

There was some serious work put into hiding almost everything on that kit in the car. From were the lines where ran to the switch location. Those times hangin out at IPS and watching some of the incredible work done on cars. Some of best memories i have from living in Cbus. Im glad to see IPS doing so well in a very hard market to survive. Anyone remember the SUV that rolled over when we were leaving Waffle house on the west side. It was either 70 or 270. I cant remember who all was with us but there were about 8 cars i think in line when the guy wiped out.
