My house was built in 59 and I still cuss at finding shit that was done "not up to code" Which essentially means they changed the way it was done to something newer and it is usually a pain in the ass to fix. I cant even imagine buying an older house unless it had been completely gutted and redone. Just my opinion. Many more that enjoy the old stuff.

Been doing cancer treatments on and off for past 1.5 years or so. FMLA is a blessing and a pain in the ass. I think typically most companies allow 6 months from initial turn in of required paperwork before it needs updated again. Then random audit of actual days in hospital can be requested.

I was under impression FMLA was used for more frequent missed days vs single absence. Are they giving you shit about 1 day?

The DOBBY has multiple modes for control. So you can set it up how you want. Safety mode, gyro control mode and full acro type mode. I would say its one of the easiest I have flown. As for pictures I am at work right now but I can upload some I have saved at home later this evening. The camera is great. Recording is also fantastic. Had thought about using it for Real estate walk arounds but honestly the DJI spark is out and it just does it better. (also twice the price)

This drone is a blast to fly. The included app makes it really easy to setup and getting to taking pictures and video. The only marks on this drone are from a few grass landings. The blades chopped the grass up and made some marks. Most wipe right off but some need a little extra elbow grease. As you can see from the enclosed pictures this comes with 3 batteries. Two of them work perfect. Third battery has an error. It has a full charge but says it is low. Battery still works tho. Just no warning on flight time with third battery. Included is also a hard case that is very easy to take along anywhere you want. Want to take the wife out for a nice date night. Past year or so been battling cancer and found out this past week that my treatment is working. I want to surprise wife and take her somewhere nice. Anywhere in Columbus or surrounding bergs is fine. Under 100 dollars for 2. ( I only have one kidney so I dont drink now lol )

My oncologist is Dr Olencki extremely intelligent man. I am going there today for results on a scan would be happy to ask for some referrals or contact information while I am there.

In my experience the boots will let you down. When walking stream you always find just one more spot you want to walk further to and crossing deeper water and waders keep your boys dry. The boots are safer tho in regards to not filling up with water and panic drowning if you fall over. ( you seem like a pretty coordinated guy so that shouldnt be a problem lol)

There is a guy in newark that does it for Dirt Track cars. I assume its the same type of technology. Maybe a dirt track shop might do it as well.

To be honest with as many scans as ive had in past year I'm familiar with most of the machines. Have even Googled price and typical maintenenace Costs of them. I think they are amazing and what they are capable of is as well. I understand why the variance. Its just not good that the people I'm receiving the scans from can not tell me the same. Small story time. I have never had a lapse in health coverage since I was 18. I am 37 now. Last year I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Renal Cell Carcinoma. I had a kidney removed as well as a follow up surgery. And will be going thru immunotherapy in the coming year. Before this past year the most I have ever had to do for health coverage was routine checkups so on so forth. In the past year I have had over 300k in medical bills keeping me alive. (i am grateful I have insurance) If the affordable care act is abolished and I switch jobs a new insurance company can and will refuse me. Now I dont believe that my burden and health problems should be put on anyone else. I ask for zero hand outs but what about the 18 years that I paid insurance without fault. I get it. The worlds not fair but the system is broken and Affordable care act was an attempt at reforming a broken system. p.s. Also because the health care system is broken. A ct scan from two different hospital systems can have a range that is 2k dollars different. (if you ask them why that is you can not get someone on the phone who knows why)

No Smart things is a hub to work as a centralized controller. Allowing control thru multiple different smart things working together. You could use Alexa to control the items connected to the smartthings hub that Alexa may not be able to control.
