I respect your opinion. I happen to disagree. I'm not sure why this car is perceived like a total piece of crap in the majority of posts in this thread. If you would rather have another car, go get one. Do not hate on the guy who spends what he wants on the car HE wants. By hate, I mean tell him he could have bought something else. You know what? If he can afford 70-80k on a Shelby, he probably has 2 of what you told him to by instead ALREADY sitting in his garage. I'm excited as hell about this car. Not because I can sell them, we only get one, but because of what it is. A 500/480 car right out of the box. All you guys know what the 03-04s were rated at and what they can potentially acheive. This one just got the bar raised that much more. We all have our likes and dislikes. I look at someone paying 20k over sticker and thank God I live in America. Thank God I live in a country where I have the opportunity to spend stupid money on a car just because I can!

Just started my new position as a Sales Manager at Bob Chapman Ford in Marysville, Oh. I've never had a 5 min drive to work, so I'm really diggin the commute! After spending time at Saturn and Nissan for the past 3 years, it's nice to sell cars that I actually believe in! We have a Ford GT sitting in the showroom right now and sometimes it's hard to concentrate on work while I'm staring at it! Thanks for the thoughts, nurk and razor. I've had a hypertech programmer since I got my gears and wheels. I installed the timing program yesterday and it seems to be running better but not 100%. Any idea where to get a tune? Thanks

Hey, guys. I just had Ford Racing Shortie headers installed on my 99 GT auto. Now I've got the headers, catless h-pipe, and 2.5in catback. I've noticed the car hesitates when you jump on it at low rpms. (Almost a sputter or something). At cruising speed it runs great. Could this be a backpressure issue? Is it possible to have air exit too quickly for a particular setup? All I have is an K/N intake, stock TB, and no power adder. Thanks in advance for the help. Jason

I just want to see this stuff reported on by a "mainstream" source. The American media is GUTLESS! Why are are the politicians and media so afraid of these people? If they can't vote in elections, why are they pandered to?? These people just be happy that we TOLERATE them being here!
