It's been about 7 years since I was last there. I remember a place called "Jason's" was pretty cool. My brother and his buddy went slumpbusting and picked up 2 fat girls, brought them back to the hotel with them. I got thumped around by a couple bouncers for being a buckeye fan, went back to the hotel, couldnt sleep listening to the fat girls, got up, passed out in the bathtub, and woke up looking at one of the fat girls on the john. Windsor doesnt hold a special place in my heart. The biggest thing to remember is that you are NOT a citizen over there. Dont get wasted and do something stupid. You dont have the same rights, and Canadians will taunt you. Have fun...be safe. Late

Is a Dealer liable to inform the car has been wrecked?
OSUGT replied to Boost-n-Juice's topic in Passing Lane
As a representative of a local dealership, we do everything we can to insure that our used vehicles do not have frame damage. The auctions that some of these vehicles are purchased from must disclose frame damage. If the dealer finds undisclosed damage, they should bring the car back to the auction for arbitration. We run a carfax on everything we buy in order to cut down on the odds of selling a damaged vehicle. It does us no good to sell something like that. Not only do I want to sell you this car, but I want to sell you the rest of your cars. Someone as big as Ricart just doesnt care about the ones that "slip through the cracks." Later, Jason -
My uncle has lived in West Jeff for the past 25 years. I always enjoy visiting out there. Very little happens, and it seems like a close community. I've never had an issue with the local law:)

Anyone getting together to go check out this flick next Friday? Later, Jason

Why keep a 300 dollar lawn ornament? I dont know, maybe by a Kia for 150 a month and have a 450 dollar payment as opposed to maybe an 800 dollar payment on the Expedition PLUS gas. Just a thought man. I do this stuff for a living and see the horrors people put themselves in everyday with negative equity. If he buys this new car, he better be prepared to live with it for the next 5 to 8 years, if he doesnt have 10k laying around, he'll never get out of it.
-
Its hard to trade it in on something cheap because those cars dont have the loan advance necessary to carry the negative. If he can afford the payment, a truck or SUV is his best bet. If he's interested, I can show him a Nissan Titan/Armada over here at Nissan North. Let me know. If his credit is good enough, why not just buy something cheap and keep the VW. 2 car loans might be cheaper than 1 HUGE loan on a 40k dollar vehicle. If he does opt to go with a high dollar vehicle and trade in the VW, he sure as hell better buy gap insurance. later, Jason

My wife loved it alot as well. Gratuitous nudity for the guys. Two thumbs up! I loved being surprised with who "Chas" was! By the way, did any of you guys that saw it think.."Holy Crap, Dr. Quinn is a slut!?" I know its pretty lame that I remember that show. Later, Jason [ 23. Thats cool, my brother used to work for Infinity Mortgage. The owner, Greg, was a serious cokehead and ran the thing into the ground. Glad you are not him! Later, Jason

Its not Infinity mortgage, is it?

I just did an 80/20 loan. The 80% is interest only for 10 years locked at 5%. The 20 is a 15yr balloon. I'm building the equity in my second mortgage. I'm planning on being out in 5-7 years with the second mortgage paid off and appreciation on the property value. Just my .02

Our Company owns Autobody Collision and Glass. They have a location over at Mill Run. I wouldnt recommend Germain Ford's Bodyshop. They butchered my car. (Orange Peel) If you just need a dent pulled, I can hook you up with a Dent Wizard Tech that works my lot here at Nissan North. Later, Jason

The A/C has been switched over to the new stuff (not freon) oh what the devil do you kids call it these days.....RU486? It is low though, so you'll have to put some in if you want the A/C to work, but it does work just fine. Not to be a jerk...but I was thinking ru486 was an abortion pill?!??! http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=ru+486&sp=1&toggle=1&ei=UTF-8&fr=FP-tab-web-t-248&SpellState=n-366486854_q-73oQB96lwFb6BWc9Y2Z5IwABAA%40%40 Later, Jason

Contact Chuck Lawson at 228-5678. He's worked on my car and I've referred many friends. He's got his own shop and does the work personally. He's one of those "good ole boys" that just knows his way around a car.

Deercreek? Wirthman's auto salvage?

Instead of building a better car and going on a national PR campaign to showcase quality and patriotism, what does GM do to move metal? "Let's give everyone the employee discount!" When are they going to learn what the imports did years ago? Build a quality car, disband unions that cost unnecessary millions and sell cars! (not rebates) With this latest move, I shutter to think about trading in a late model GM product! PS I know I own a Ford and I know damn well they are not any better off financially. I guess I'm more sad than anything. Just had to vent. Later, Jason

depending on his work schedule, a day or so. I would give him a few days to work you in so you can drop it off. I know alot of you guys dont know me, but I'm very picky about how my ride looks. When I tell people its a 99, most of the time people are shocked. Plus, I have a black car. Chuck is amazing and very detail oriented. In other words, you get more than you pay for.

I know a gentleman named Chuck Lawson who has a shop downtown. He did my car two months ago top to bottom. Detailed engine, cleaned carpet, cleaned leather interior, cleaned wheels, buffed and waxed exterior, and even did my floormats! All this for about 100bucks. He's good. The name of his shop is AAAAA auto detailing service. Call him at 228-5678 Thanks Jason

Delivery date pushed back until tomorrow for their new car. I'll keep you posted on what they will do with the 240. Thanks, Jason

Thanks for the responses, guys. The owner should be in today, and I'll try to snap a couple of pics for you. I have not seen the car yet. He knows its worth about 300-400 bucks on trade and is thinking about selling it outright. I'll keep you posted. Personally, I think the highest offer above 400 buys it. Later, Jason
