You must have a very old meter. Most meters these days they don't have to actually read, they transmit a radio frequincy that will tell how much usage. Normally a van just has to drive up and down the road to gather the info. They are working in Central Ohio to increase the transmission power so they don't have to even drive down the roads, they can pick it up from there office. But I agree, something has to be wrong with your meter.

Yeah do it yourself. It is dead simple just takes a time and like the other person said, the blower rental is free with the purchase of the 10 or more bags of insulation (you will probably need more than 10). Just have someone outside feeding the insulation into the machine, while you are in the attic pointing the end of the tube where you need the insulation and repeat

I have seen it a few times while driving. Sometimes it is the only cure for morning wood. LOL

Plastic on the windows will help greatly, esp if they are older windows. A programable thermostat will also help. It saved me quite a lot last year in my house. As for the fireplace, don't bother. Most apartment fireplaces are just for decoration, not for heating up a room.

TN is a clear state, you should be ok to carry there. I know I am planning on getting my CCW soon too, but there is nothing in TN that would make me worried enough to get it so I could carry there. Believe me, the black bears are not going to come get you. LOL

Wal-Mart for sure. The Blazer Brass are ok, but they don't feed well in my Baby Ealge 9mm. I prefer the Winchester white boxes. The 100 round boxes are great when you can find them. The only thing ranges in this area will not let you shoot is steel cased, which is mainly reloads or surplus stuff.

My last 2 mattress have come from Mattress Mart. First one last probably 6 years with heavy bed room use (first years married/together). Just got a new one from them last fall. We got it at the Mattress Mart Outlet store next to Giant Eagle at Lewis Center. We got what they call their "crazy quilt" in queen size for $400. It has been a great mattress and I would recommend them to anyone.

I still have one and love taking it to the range. Great little gun to play around with.

They are pretty good guns and that is a good price. One of my friends that I normally go to the range with has one and it is a great shooter. He has had problems with the recoil spring breaking, but you never notice it until you break it down to clean. He has called Ruger about it and they sell him a pack of 3 of them for like $0.50.
