It is possible, but it becomes easier if you have multiple processors. Especially 4 or more. VMWare can take advantage of different cores.

My laptop has XP and runs Ubuntu under VMWare. Because of the way VMware distributes processing powerv and system resources, the system does not have low performance while running both. The laptop is a 1.7ghz Athlon X2 with 2 gigs of ram

Really all you need is a wall that is true white, but the best thing to do is buy screen fabric on the internet somewhere and staple it to a custom wood frame, which you would attach your wall. The placement of the projector is the easy part.

The clutch that floats in between drive and reverse is obliterated (guy at the Northend Wrench who was a Saturn tech told me this). Apparently its a common problem on the first Saturns. I went to Cantley's, got a new tranny, and the new tranny I have doesn't work.

Ok, I have pretty much ruled out the WRX, but there are quite a few nice RS's on AutoTrader for about 5k. What about taking out a small loan that I could pay back quickly, and getting one of those?

Classified information, but let me put it this way, its higher than that of the guy who narrates the FreeCreditReport.com commercials. I can honestly say I have job security. As for under 10g's, like I said, Impreza RS. Why do I have my heart set on a Scooby you ask? Well, for starters, we live in Ohio. Second, the things are nice cars, inside and out, and easy to maintain.

We aren't quite talking about Vettes and Cobras, here. I would say a Japanese econobox is quite different. I can get an RS for like 4k. I think that that is a more feasible option.

I am not ruling out Impreza RS's too, btw. I love the way they look, and they are dirt cheap. To be honest, I am just sick of old cars. The Mustang is fast, but its old and rusty, and the Saturn is A) Not my car, its my grandparents' and B) still trying to sort out the transmission issue.

Thats the thing though, I'm not looking for a toy. I am looking for something that would be a reliable daily driver, that I could autocross on the weekends if I wanted to, without fear of immediate breaking.

I have a pretty high credit rating, thanks to my student loans and my credit card. I'm not looking at a Cobra. I have my eye on an 03 WRX.

The graphics maybe, but just to play the game and have it look halfway decent, my current specs are doing ok. Core 2 Duo 1.8 (will be a Core 2 Quad of some kind eventually) 2 Gigs of ram 7900 GT OC (until my 8800 gets here) I still use IDE hard drives too
