I scored today. I found a 2.3 from a Turbocoupe in Cincinnati on TurboFord. He was originally asking $250 for it, I payed $160. The surprise I got was that it already had a gutted upper intake and a semi-knife edged lower intake. Walboro makes good stuff. Holley makes good fuel pumps too. Another option is a Supra fuel pump. Ive seen it used a lot for engine swaps.

When I hardcore worked out (which I would very much like to start doing again), I just listened to whatever, to keep my brain occupied while enduring the pain. I also had it up loud so I couldn't hear myself breathing. It really, really helped.
