I haven't needed renters insurance in about 10 years so I don't what it 'should' run annually or what companies are better than others. I just found out someone I know doesn't have any and I think she needs it, so I'm doing a little research for her to hopefully persuade her to get some. TIA.

Our ac unit is nearly as old as I am and we've been milking it the last few years but I figured this fall it's probably time to replace it. Anyone recommend a company? Anyone know of any deals out there? 2 story house just under 2k sq ft. Thanks

I've sold 2 cars to Carmax and felt I did very well, but I've had probably 10 cars appraised by them and laughed at some of them. So it definitely depends on the vehicle.

We rent a house on the water between Deerfield Cove and Sugar Hollow. It's always a good time but I love Cumberland as well. We may be down at Cumberland for that, I'll have to look into it. We're going back down to Norris this Thursday for a long weekend. I got your vm, it's been a crazy month but I'll get back to you soon.

Been at Norris all week, 3rd trip this year. We've been to Alum a couple times and O'Shaughnessy a couple times but between all the idiots and the crap water it's just not worth it. Now we prefer long weekends at Cumberland or Norris.

Nice! Post some pictures once you get it. Thanks to this thread I searched craigslist and found a color matched leer top a couple hours away and picked it up a couple weeks ago. It sounds identical to yours options wise and has really come in handy.

Looks great! I saw a red one with yellow wheels and the top off today on the hwy, I did a double take as I'm pretty sure the guys head was poking out above the roof.

I have a 14 5.0 f150 I bought new and have towed my camper and boat through the smokey mountains and then some many times without issues. Does everything I need it to and I didn't want the potential headache of the ecoboost.
