Yeah, the torque box reinforcements are bolt-in or weld in, but everyone I've read about recommend both, because sometimes after multiple launches or one good one the boxes can move some and the bolts loosen/bolt holes stretch out, plus they recommend seam welding the boxes anyways. Might as well get it all done at once the right way. I'm thinking maximum motorsports or laurel mountain mustang for both. ok, i'll do that tomorrow, it does look pretty nasty. if i check the plugs and regap them and they don't look bad, can i just clean them off or should i replace them? the car runs fine, no miss or anything, just a basic tuneup/inspection to make sure nothing's fuckd on it.

just picked up another foxbody and at light/idle the oil pressure gauge just drops, like goes inactive, but if I give it some gas or hold it at like 1000/1200rpms it pops back up center, and all the time while driving it its fine, just when the idle is super low, what could this be? It runs/sounds fine... thanks

Just picked up a foxbody and its rough, so i figure now its time for me to tryout bodywork, lol. What are the basics I need to know? Just slap some bondo on, sand and primer? I'm going to get it painted by someone who's done it before, but I want to prep it as much as possibly. No rust, but just lots of little door dings, nicks, etc in the body, pretty much everywhere, lol. It's also got a rattle can flat black job now, should I sand it bare or just rough it up? What's the best way to fill small holes, like the spoiler holes and antenna hole, etc? thanks guys, its a project
