  1. I wanted to set this up as a poll but couldn't find the option for that, so oh well. We're thinking about buying something around the end of the year, after our lease is up and are finding tons of condo's in our price range, and some houses. We want to stay in the NW side of Cols, like Worthington, Powell, Dublin, Hilliard, Westerville, Polaris, Lewis Center, etc. We think $125k is a good range to stay in. We'd like either 2 bedrooms and a basement or at least 3 bedrooms. Must be 2 full baths. I'm looking for people that have experience in the Columbus area with houses/condos and what you guys think? I hear Condo's are bad investments and whatnot, little appreciation over years etc, but at this point in our lives we're both so busy with work and school, I'm kind of afraid of all the extra responsibility of owning a home and the upkeep. But then again, I haven't found out the average price of Condo fees that would offset the price of houses. I'd say we'd probably stay in this place 3-5years. Maybe more, but definitely not less unless something crazy happened. We're most likely going to put 10% down, unless we can get our parents to help chip in and get us to 20%, but we're just talking at this point. School districts are of importance, we've got a soon to be 2year old so she'll be starting kindergarten in 3 years... thanks for any thoughts on which to go with, the market in general, area's to avoid or check out, etc etc.
  2. good luck selling, love the color.
  3. +1, So why not just drive a bone stock civic w/ either a GOOD navigator or a GPS incar unit? I mean if all you have to do is the speed limit and the best route, and you get a map. Sit down and figure that shit out every night. If you're not stupid you will come in 1st/2nd every day and it won't matter if your car doesn't handle for shit or runs a 17.xx quarter, it gets good gas mileage, lol. +1 on the redhead.
  4. I'll start the offers at $3k...
  5. What is it guys, and why did Ant make a whole post about NOT clicking on them?
  6. jesus dave, kill your sig pic, its HUGE
  7. Dude the link doesn't work, but if you're trying to buy a wideband from VatoZone, I pity the fool...aka YOU. Spend the money, do it right THE FIRST TIME, or GIVE UP, put the car back to stock and DON'T FUCK IT UP. It's not worth it doing it yourself, remember your failed mustang project and how it ended?

ditto, I think ANY bank will do it for free, or so has been my experience.
  14. I moved in 2 years ago last november my apt off of Sawmill, I pay $600/month for my just shy 1400sq. ft apt, 2bed/2bath, double balcony, dual walkin closets, etc, plus the area is super quiet/respectful. I/many people leave personal items outside with no worries, especially bikes/kids toys in the spring/summer/fall. I always forget to lock my car and there have been numerous times I've woken up and from a drunken stumble home, and either forgotten to close my front door, or just left it unlocked and never had one problem. I like it.
  15. happy birthday derek, sucks i'm busy tonight! What are you, 30?
  16. Still no pictures, dyno sheets, or PROOF of what you are stating, so therefore none of it is true. BAN TEH NEWB!!

  18. Damn, 255's don't sound like much. E-tear. Anthony, what is your exhaust setup? 1 3/4 Mac lt's, OFY, duals/cutout? Your car always has sounded nice, but then again that blower is sex too.
  19. What kind of event is this? How much?
  20. I'd love to find some used stuff and save some cash so I guess I'll be scouring the forums here soon. I could've picked up one over a year ago and had a nice big loan on it, but I didn't want that for a weekend car/ toy so that's why its taken me so long, but a plus is the prices came down, lol! Anyone know how wide the stock 16's are? Or how wide of a tire I can fit on them? :grin2:
  21. offers? it's an Airlink/Aopen setup
  22. Oh yeah, I feel you, same situation here. Luckily I've been saving my money for quite some time and will be paying cash for the car. How many miles were on you car when you bought it, just for comparison for when I'm looking. we'll have to meet up once I pick my ride up, hopefully in the next month.
