  1. No spray yet, and when I built it it had a 3.93 rear, and a 4cylinder t5...so yeah it didn't like the high speed runs.
  2. My daily I picked up a couple months ago. http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5022/5554174360_98edceae80.jpg
  3. You're retarded if you've only got liability on that thing....It's easily valued enough that full coverage makes sense. Hell I've got full coverage on my 95 SHO...its only $35/month = no reason not too.
  4. Done and done. Been interviewing this week and still have a few more tomorrow and next week. Graduated from Franklin and have looked into the career help center. Appreciate it, just looking go see what else is out beyond the typical retail branch positions.
  5. Call the auditors office, but they won't give you definitive answer until all the paperwork is done and they've reviewed the case. I'd say you have a very good case, but nothing is ever sure.
  6. That's a two sided question. They should base it off current value, however, if the house is really in the shape you say it is, they probably will make you wait until its livable and cleaned up before they will grant the reappraisal. Not only that but any major improvements, (HVAC, roof, windows, etc etc) will require a permit from the city and that will go on record and add to your homes value.
  7. If its a big enough difference, which it is, they should adjust the value, but you'll probably have to pay for an appraisal or two plus some other minor fees. However the tax savings should cover than in a few months time. On the auditors website you can estimate your taxes based on whatever amount you want to. So figure out what it is annually on the sale price and that's roughly what it should be, which sounds like about half of what it is now. GL, do a search on here, pretty sure evan did this awhile back as have others. Or just call the auditors office for info, it's pretty common w/ this market.
  8. Well what is it appraised value currently on the auditors website (where they compute taxes) compared to what you are buying the house for? If there is a significant difference than yes you should be able to dispute the value.
  9. I'd go for a 98+ personally. The older ones have lots of rust issues and they seem to bottom out in price around $3-4k for a decent one, whereas you have found you can get a lot newer/nicer/lower mileage one for not much more, plus I much prefer the NB bodystyle...
  10. Just branching out a bit more, and figured I'd post here in case anyone knew of anything. Just graduated w/ a degree in financial management and looking to start a career. Anything related to finance or business preferred, but feel free to post/PM me anything. Much appreciated, Matt
  11. Saw one yesterday, was fucking sexy in person.
  12. Damn, do they have any other night leagues? M/T are bad for me.... Sounds fun.

Por Que? You'd have paid more in taxes for what reason?
  15. she hates when I say that....she wants me to say I LIKE your BOOBS. She sucks. LOL
  16. Hmm...$25 for a year....dayum.
  17. Found him.... Bill 614-777-7973-wcs7475@gmail.com
  18. I appreciate four pictures of the exact same thing as much as the next guy....but do you think you might be able to get some pictures of the damaged side, as well as the rest of the car? Front/back/interior/engine bay/underside. Miles on chassis? Clean title?
  19. No but his name is bill and he posts on the or forum. He's in Hilliard so pretty close.
  20. Just Put a generic fuel cell in the spare tire well. Like 75 new at Jegs. Or look on Ohio rotaries for a used one, but I would think with the age of the car it might be a common problem
  21. Renaissance has been good to me.
  22. Oh it wasn't cheap, and AFAIK they never had problems with water either, but hey, it does look nice. They do ceilings now, essentially drop ceilings just nicer and they tuck the ceiling real tight.
