I wouldn't worry about schools if kids aren't a concern. As stated above you'll pay more uP front, more annually in taxes, etc and it just won't matter. Location is key, buy in an established area with homeowner pride and decades of consistent increases in value. I say decades because the shit in the past 5 years don't matter because prices are still higher in the better areas than they were 10, 20, etc years ago.

From day one? Which one? I just looked at a discover card last week that gave 1% up to 6500 in spending, then 5% after that. Still a good deal but I Like the sound of yours better. I've had a chase freedom plus cashback card for the Past 3-4 years and have always gotten $1000+ back annually. But I'm always willing to get a new card with better cash back.

Anyone gotten to play with this yet? Thinking about it for my first rifle purchase. It's a mix between an ak74 and an ar15 apparently. Cheap ammo, lots of extras available, appears pretty accurate from reviews. Just looking for input/advice/experience.

+1, Mine's going on 6 and is only 38lbs...LOL. And we didn't put her in a booster seat till she was 5... But size wise I guess it makes sense as she's as big/bigger than my 6 year old. 3gs, was $49 so I said sure. My old phone was stolen on Saturday so I wasn't up for an upgrade or whatever, and the HTC phone was $200, not worth 4x the cost IMO for my first smartphone. I've lived this long w/out one, I'm sure this one will be plenty fun for awhile. I'm eligible next January for an upgrade, so only 10 months.
