Credit unions.... Telhio approved me for a car loan when I was still in HS...2 months after I turned 18...Got a $6000 loan at 6% back in 2004, with no prior credit history/credit cards/nothing.

Yes, it's pretty common actually, even here on CR. SEARCH!!! lol, no but seriously there is info on how/what to do on the auditors website. With the way the economy has been quite a few people have taken 'advantage' of their house losing value....

A friend doesn't graduate until this May w/ her mechanical engineering degree and she's already got as one for $68k salary + $5k moving expense bonus + $2500 sign on bonus. Paid vaca and benefits as well. No prior experience either. Just saying...I agree with above posters.

Mad River...$20 for all day, tubes provided, just show up. We went and in like 4 hours we had gone down like 25 times.

THIS...which is why we went snow TUBING, they have a moving carpet/conveyor belt that takes you back up to the top, totally worth it, LOL. That and they will let you hook up with like 15+ other riders to go down the 1000' chute's, so you can pick up some speed, my 5yearold was literally flying out of her tube at some points, she thought it was hilarious.

We have a sledding hill in Bexley that has been around for years, I used to go as a kid and I've taken my daughter a couple years as well...+1 for the walk back up sucking.

Sell it...IMO. The cars likely not worth the cost of fixing it correctly so that it doesn't return, and why fix it half-assed and play the waiting game of it coming back.

Take her snow tubing....my 5yo loved it. She had a blast, granted we went on new years eve day when it was 60*, lol so we were fine outside all day. We may hit up the local sledding hills if we get enough snow to make it worthwhile...but i dunno.
