its a 94. I thought there was a thread about this not too long ago but I could find it. Brian can't do 94's. who can tune them?

I just think it is funny when people say they wont race cause the car isnt right yet will continue to make a full pass next to the parking lot.

Well glad you are ok for the most part. Fight the ticket. let your insurance company make their liab dec and find out if he has insurance. then go from there. if he has insurance you might want to consider lawyer if they are not willing to work with you. but remember, an atty will take a third. that equals less money you will get. good luck!

1. I would fight the ticket. It shows you don't feel your at fault.

2. Let your Insurance company handle things. they will side with you and go after him for your damages, regardless of what he says happened. his dl will get suspended for no insurance.

3. don't get a lawyer, I think it would be a waste of money in this situation. if he sues you your insurance comp will rep you. sounds like he dosen't have anything to give if you sue him.

ufc has evolved into complete MMA. its not just stand up and get knocked out. (i.e I thought the kampman fight was a great fight)

yeah chuck actually looked really good the whole round. he just dosen't have the chin anymore. that punch should not have ko'd him. and this isn't the decline of the ufc. shogun, lesner, franklin, silvia, machida, evans, jaskon, ect are all still great draws. I think franklin is getting better and better at 205.
