  1. I politely disagree. I have ridden in plenty of stock-cammed vehicles with 4.10's. I honestly think 4.10's wake a lot of cars up.

     

    with 410s top speed is 112 on the stock motor. thats pushing it for the 1/4. thats why I said it depends on what his plans are. i.e. if he plans to stay with stock cams and do n2o he will will have to use 5th gear in the 1/4. if he plans to do h/c then 410s would be great.

  2. 170mph and got to watch a sweet video got a new friendly lawer that congraulated me on how fast my car was, uh got the title he's that kid that had that fast ass car that it took 8 cops to catch him. dicovered that stock honda sleeves will hold 12psi at 11k for 9 minutes straight, also learned that douglas extraxs... are very underratted for stealies,crow harness's do work, and that old drivers suck..and cops still have a hard time catching a car with a low comp motor smashed front end no boost and on fire.... at all looked pretty sweet really,and was a very LARGE learning experience for me, have you learned any of that?lol..and hotrodmama i met you at round 2's dyno day..i was the one working on the SRT4 like all day

     

    would rather not learn all that, thanks though.

  3. ok I am trying to track down a problems with a friends car. its an 01 ss. after wot runs the pedals\ stays to the floor and it won't come out/go in gear. and on cold days its very hard to get into gear. the cltuch grabs fine. I just put a new master in and having the same prob. the pedal engages very close to floor. the slave maybe? or do I still ahve air in the system? I posted this on ls1tech but no one seems to want to help. any ideas?
