  1. Looking to get our cars cleaned up and ready for spring in the next few weeks. With another infant, I just don't have the free time to dedicate to getting this done myself. Unfortunately, nothing exciting: 2012 Explorer Limited - Needs just a basic wash and wax. 2010 Fusion Sport - Needs light swirl removal. 2000 Mustang GT - Needs the most work. All cars are black w/black leather. I was thinking just exterior, but will consider interiors as well depending on price. If you are interested, just shoot me a PM with price and availability. Thanks!
  2. Sorry guys, I really wanted it gone tonight. I'm kind of a clean freak when it comes to our yard and landscaping. Put it on craigslist and it was gone lickity split. We left for dinner and all but a about 6 bags worth was left when we got back, then 5 minutes later it was all gone. We live in Lakes of Worthington, next to Kilbourne HS. With the Linworth bridge out for the next few months, we'll be driving by your area alot more.
  3. It's all been picked up. Not a drop left. Lock it up. Thanks!
  4. Free.. I've got about 2 cubic yards of quality triple shredded black dyed mulch sitting in my driveway, that I would like out of here. It was delivered last night (still fresh), and I used all I need earlier today. I have no way to deliver it. Come get it... It's bulk, so you will need a trailer or pickup truck. We live in the Worthington/Powell/Dublin area around Hard Rd. PM me for address.
  5. I noticed a small wet spot forming on my kitchen ceiling right below where the toilet is on the second floor. I checked upstairs and there were no signs of a water on the bathroom floor. House is only 5 years old. Did some quick research last night, removed the upstairs toilet, and as suggested the leak was either caused by the wax seal or flange between the sewerpipe and toilet failing. Not sure how long this has been going on, but the subfloor under the toilet is pretty damp, there is some rust on the flange and enough water built up that it soaked through the sheetrock in the ceiling below, so probably for a while. Anyone know a good handyman to come check things out and make the repair? I need someone that I can trust to do it right, I'm concerned that there may be mold underneath the subfloor and above the ceiling below, but I can't see this without either pulling the floor (tile) or the ceiling below ("knock down finish") first. Thanks!
  6. The distributor appears to be ok, but then again I haven't taken it apart to inspect. It looks like the distributor mount on the no. 5 camshaft holder took the brunt along with the end of the camshaft. It would need replaced as well.
  7. 1997 Honda Civic EX Black 160,000 miles 5-Speed Sunroof Female owned Ran perfect until yesterday when an idiot, myself, torqued down the distributor when the tabs on the end of the distributor apparently weren't completely aligned with the groves on the end of the camshaft. This took a big chunk out of the end of the cam rendering it useless. I was suprised at how little effort it took to do this. I had to remove the distributor to replace a leaking heater hose underneath. I haven't pulled the valve cover, but I can tell you it will need a new camshaft. Car has not been fired since. No other known issues prior to this debacle. All maintenance followed; timing belt replaced, CV boots, ignition module, etc.. All major maintenance work done at Honda dealership and have reciepts. Some white rub marks on front left and driverside rear from pole in Starbucks Drive thru. Interior is in great shape. $1800 OBO, would like to get it out of the garage ASAP. No clue what it is worth, but should be easy to fix for those familiar with these cars. http://img716.imageshack.us/img716/742/img20111120225530.jpg http://img542.imageshack.us/img542/5420/img20111120225516.jpg
  8. The whole yard, take out the house, garage, patio, landscaping, and sidewalks, it can't be more than 7000 sq ft? It took me about 35 minutes to do last year, and I had never used one before.
  9. Everyone I tried can't get to my house for another three weeks. I would like to get my lawn aerated so I can overseed next week. Would like to have it done by Tuesday of next week if possible. I know I can rent one, but it's not going to fit in the trunk and I hate asking my friends to borrow their truck everytime i do this. Let me know, I'm in the Worthington/Powell area. Thanks!
  10. Off topic - Who re-sealed your driveway? Did they do a good job? That is on my list of things to get done soon. Thanks!
  11. I've got a 60" hung with 2 drywall anchors (no studs involved). No lie...
  12. Looking for recommendations for a good interior home painter. We close on our new house on Monday (finally….) and would like to get the interior painted prior to moving all of our stuff in. Right now it’s all the original builder white except for one of the bathrooms which is a god awful peach color. It has a 2 story great room and foyer, so scaffolding/ladders will be required. Looking for quality work. Thanks!
  13. Son's 1st birthday party is coming up later this month. I don't want to be manning the grill the entire time and will need to feed @ 30-35 people. Anyone have any suggestions on local places to pick up food for a large group. We don't need it catered, just need a place that can have a bunch of food prepared for pick up. So far we are considering: Hoogy's City Barbeque Smokey Bones BW3's Jimmy Johns Adriaticos Anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks!
  14. Got new tires from Derek as well this week. Best prices in town and great service. Thanks again for getting me taken care of in such short notice.
  15. Need the following parts installed/work done on the Mustang: MM Caster Camber Plates (4 bolt, will need to drill 4th hole) MM Adjustable Tie Rod Ends (basic tappered bolt kit) Steeda X2 Ball joints (will need to slip in a thicker spring isolater as well) I'll have all of the parts by Monday. Just let me know price and availability. Thanks!
  16. Lookin good Hoblick. That surface looks rough, you've got some balls man.
  17. To be honest. His estimate wasn't much more than anywhere else. The biggest difference in quotes was is in the finishing (added labor for wet sanding, buffing, waxing). The door, side scoop, and rear quarter will all be getting resprayed.
  18. Bingo. It's all already been arranged, even the rental car will be there waiting for me.
  19. The front end of my Mustang just started squeeking like hell over the weekend. I just ordered some new swaybar bushings and new swaybar endlinks. Who can get them installed for me and shoot me a ballpark price. Thanks!
  20. Car is going to Achbach in Westerville. They seemed like the only ones who would put in the time/effort to make it perfect.
  21. Luckily my note turned out to be a little better, although I have to admit that is exactly what I was thinking while reading mine. I thought there is no way in hell that the phone number was legit. When I called, it rang forever and no voicemail ever picked up. I thought I was screwed for sure. When she responded to my text message I couldn't believe it. You guys crack me up. Not sure the fiance would approve Looks like I'll try and ge ahold of Kevin Clifford.
  22. Left work this evening only to find a lovely note on the windshield of my car. It reads: "Sorry I bumped into your car pulling in to park. I left a small scratch in the car in front of the back left tire. Give me a call or text at xxx-xxxx so I can give you my insurance info...." On the plus side, I was able to get ahold of her (only via text, she wouldn't answer the phone) and she did provide me with her insurance info (Progressive). They will be coming to look at it hopefully tomorrow afternoon. There is a fairly large dent near the wheel well along with deep gouges, scrapes, and scuffs all along the quarter panel, side scoop, and about 3 feet into the door. Anyone know a good bodyshop? Thanks.
  23. I have been putting this off forever. With winter fast approaching I figure it would be nice to get the anti-lock brakes back (though I've gone the past 3 years without). I already have the new tone ring. I need someone to remove the existing one and press on the new one. This would be for the drivers side rear axle on my '00 Mustang GT. Would love to get it done sometime in the next 2 weeks. Let me know how much and when you could get it done. Thanks
