nope, had several walkthroughs yesterday... the times got messed up and I happened to be home during one of them... the (buyer) realtor actually came to me telling me I'm selling it for way to little and that it is the nicest house he's seen in this area hands down. Told me I should give classes on how to stage homes....

so next week is my wife's 31st b-day... we are already going on vacation next week for her b-day and I bought a car for her this week (not for her b-day but just cause her old car is a POS) so what should I get her for her b-day? obviously with all of this spending for other things, money is pretty tight, but I want her to open something from me... what ideas do you guys have?
