there's no shame in it man.... you have to look at the bigger picture... 18 months of having dinner on the table every night, etc... sounds like a good gig... I do think that at your age though, you should be paying some sort of rent or at least helping out with some of the costs around the house....

no AAA and it's about an hour south of the shop.... I'm thinking about picking up the truck... it's a sweet deal... just gotta find the time to swap out the pump.

it's deffinately the pump, pour a little gas in the intake, starts right up... starting PSI is about 30psi no matter how much you prime it... now it won't idle after the gas runs out that we pour into the intake... it's a 4 door...

if it is the pump, anyone have the hookup on the pumps? I see it's about 220 at autozone... I'm thinking maybe a walbro 255 (even though it's over kill) might be a cheaper route.

it has the 4.3 in it... in the morning, when starting it, it won't start unless you pour a little gas in the intake then it runs fine all day. I haven't tested fuel pressure, but I would assume it's not a fuel pump because it runs fine all day after getting it "primed" and started... any ideas?

in alot of the newer developments it seems like the throw alot of gravel in the yard and grass doesn't grow for shit.... I finally went ahead and just tilled the areas that wouldn't grow grass... got as much gravel as I could out of there and put down top soil then seeded... seems to do the trick.

haven't turned mine on yet... almost did last night. my wife hates the A/C so we typically wait until it gets so hot that I can't stand it and say fuck it and turn it on anyways.... which I would have to say might be today... -

I didn't see them, but a local prop plane was flying over 71 this morning on my way to work maybe 20 feet in the air... it felt like it was going to land on top of my car.
