no, we decided to try to post it ourselves and make the fliers that they would have made for ourselves and see how things go. with us going to Hawaii in 2 weeks, we didn't think it would be a good idea to be tied down to have to show the house and we wouldn't be there to show it.

In the past 6 months, 6 houses in my neighborhood that have my identical floor plan have sold for 160+ so 130 is not a comp for my house....

it is a 500 dollar non-refundable deposit, the lady said it was to cover the advertising charges and that you get it back at closing... but if they can't sell it, you are SOL with the 500

anyone ever deal with this company? We are supposed to be meeting with the lady tonight at 7pm and sign a contract to have them list our house... no biggie, except they require a non-refundable 500 dollar deposit.... has anyone ever dealt with this company in the past? is it a good way to sell a house? so who here has the hookup on Chevy parts? I broke my father inlaws' 3rd door handle on his 2000 S10 over the weekend and need to replace it. Germain Chevy quoted me at 48 dollars. I was hoping to do it cheaper than that... so.... who's our local parts hookup? :-)
