so, I've decided that my fat ass needs to get back on the treadmill on a more regular basis.... and of course I need music to listen to while running... so this poses the question, what does everyone listen to while working out? I would like to fill my iPod up with music that will keep me pumped and want to run hard.

just to make sure that everyone knows, I have 2 rims with tires... I let a buddy borrow the other 2 rims and I have not gotten them back yet... I can call him to get them, but I cannot ensure that the tires are in good shape.

I have a few car parts that have been clogging up my garage for a while... 36# lucas injectors - $200 universal racing seat with universal rails... black with silver inserts... it looks great! - $200 4 point racing harnesses never installed - $100 a few car radios... all are CD players Pioneer CD deck (I don't remember the part number but I will update the post when I get home) - $20 Panasonic color CD player (works phenominal and looks good) - SOLD Car Alarm (I can't remember the brand, but I paid 600 for it when I bought it... comes with motion sensors, door lock actuator, etc....) - $150 OBO set of 16 inch salad shooter Camaro Rims Tires are near perfect.... these are worth 50 dollars for the tires alone - SOLD 10 inch subwoofer new in box... has never been used or made a sound... I cannot remember the brand, but the display unit sounded great - $50 400 watt amp... again, has never been used.... was told by Best buy that the sub and amp combo together would sound very nice - $100 Camaro Steel drive shaft... ran for under 20k before being replaced with the 1LE driveshaft - SOLD I will try to get pictures of everything within the next few days.
