the OBDII O2's work fine in OBDI (OBDI just doesn't use the rear O2's so just make sure to unplug them)

how does having your liscense restricted effect needing a timing light... my guess is that you need a timing light so that you can set your timing

LT4 was also used in the 30th anniv camaro... the 305's put down about 225 tq, but that's about it... is this a trivia question or are you wanting to put it in something? if so, just get an LS1... they are fairly easy to work on and make great power.
