after testing out the cheapy from Walmart tonight, I went ahead and got an expensive one just because the cheap one was just that... very cheap and honestly, not worth the 130 dollars they were charging for it.... the more expensive ones just seemed allot better and hopefully will stand up to the abuse that I will be giving it.

I'm looking to pick up a fairly inexpensive elyptical machine. unfortunately, I cannot workout or do anything high impact for a while (medical issues) so I need some sort of cardio that is low impact so that I don't mess myself up worse than I already am. do you go all the way down to your chest with your bench? I've seen allot of guys who have allot of weight on their bar, but only go down a little bit.... if you don't touch your chest, then it doesn't count.

this is the first time that I've ever heard anything bad about them. This completely surprises me that anything less than perfect would come out of their shop. I'm not sure that I would blame them for a shitty turbo kit. I also don't think a leaking fuel line would have been caused by a turbo install.

he said only one fan was spinning.. I'm pretty sure that when the A/C is on, the fans are supposed to run regardless of the temp and I was surprised that only one was running, but that might just be how that car is setup.

a buddy of mine has an '00 Hyndai Tiberon. His car is overheating if he sits at lights too long and the A/C will then blow out warm air. He has full coolant and his fans kick on.. any ideas?

it's all about the people in office want their 15% raise every year... how do they get it? raise taxes... How about they spend that money on something that helps us.... better schools, free health care, anger managment training for law enforcement officers... I mean, something... don't make some fat guy that sits in his leather chair not doing anything richer...

I lost 50 lbs when I just started watching what I ate and went to the gym every day... now with my back problems, I'm not able to workout for the past 2 months and can't go back for at least 6 months and I'm feeling the consiquences... be careful not to rely soley on you're workout to burn the extra fat that you consumed...
