  1. like the title says, cheaper the better, I saw some the other day for like 40 bucks at I believe Walmart, but figured before I go spend 40 bucks, I will see if anyone has something cheaper sitting in a closet they want to get rid of.
  2. is the wood dry? If so, let me know when and I'll come over with the truck.
  3. I have a Droid 4 for my personal phone and an iPhone 5 for work.... I can say without a shadow of a doubt, my Droid 4 is a superior phone in absolutely every way... other than the "stupid effect" and by that, I mean my wife, who has ZERO and I mean ZERO technical abilities and she can pick it up and use it yet she bitches about using my Droid.... I look at that as a positive though since she stays the hell off my phone and uses her own. Since you already have an Android phone, I'd said you'd be good to go.
  4. interested just to use as a media center extender.... have you used it for this and has it locked up doing so?
  5. what kind of shape is it in? Any pictures? How loud is it? Ours is REALLY loud and some of the prongs that hold plates have broken off.
  6. nvm, I didn't finish reading the rest of the posts before opening my mouth.
  7. how does jetflicks work? I went to their site and I didn't see any pricing models... Do they have an app for media center? Cause I'm in the process of setting up a media center server now, so streaming to game consoles is easy to do at that point.
  8. my youngest daughter and my gun safe is to my left (I have a biometric safe in my night stand) so I guess that will work... I think my daughter might slow me down though since she'll want to run up to them and kick them in the shins.
  9. I just wanted to say +1 to over rule Steve-O's (and Jones's)RETARDED post... Besides we all know that the only type of car that Jones thinks is worthy is a car that a 16 year old girl would drive (*cough audi that looks like a bug *cough). I have an '6th gen Maxima with every possible and it's great... car drives smooth, gets decent mileage (I average 26) and it has 265 HP so it's more than enough to get around. (Not to mention heated steering wheel, heated seats, etc...)
  10. who said it's passed? I had some tool bag trying to race us yesterday.
  11. I'll try to get some pics of mine in the next day or so, but it's 30x40 with a 20x40 lean too on the side of it (so the entire building is 50x40). It's insulated has internet and cable. I will probably run water out there in the next year or so. It's heated by a forced air wood burner. Ceilings are 16 foot high so I have plenty of room for a lift, my wallet just hasn't allowed it yet. The one thing that I would do if I had to do over.... not make it so damn far from the house... cold nights light this, I don't want to walk out in the cold to get back to it, so the past probably 2 weeks, I haven't set foot in it. oh and to answer the question about how much power, I ran a 4 ot cable out there with 200 AMP service to it. The reason for that is that I wanted to make sure that I could do absolutely anything that I wanted back there power wise and never have to worry about it. I have power every 6 feet in the building except on the work benches where I have long power bars.
  12. Roku works great, also, if your tv has an HDMI port on it, they make Android devices that plug directly into your USB port, but to be honest, then you need to plug in a keybaord to it and it's just not worth the hassle. You can pick up a Roku HD box from wallmart for ~50 dollars.
  13. I'm confused why everyone is saying this is an upgrade from a Z06, am I missing something? I remember when I was younger, these cars were only for people who couldn't afford a nice car.
  14. I might try to go on sunday... I didn't realize it was going on until I saw the picture post this morning and it's too late in the day to make the trip now.
  15. then they either went to the wrong Amish person, didn't know how to negotiate, or are lying to you about the price.
  16. bringing the thread back from the dead... anyone know how to get ahold of him, I've PM'd him twice and haven't heard back from him.
  17. true, but not that high, like I posted before, my barn was 10k for 30x40, oversized insulated garage door, man door, electric, etc.... I have another 2400 in gravel and concrete and I went 7 inches thick with concrete and 4 inches of gravel. I have probably another grand in insulation and drywall and then 1,400 for the big daddy wood burner.... so with everything all together, I'm right around 15k to have the building done right.
  18. been doing that for a while. Is the windows 8 copy OEM?
  19. head to amish country and you will see lumber yard signs. I can give you the number of the driver for the Amish people who built mine (they can't have phones, but can use their drivers phone all day long)
  20. my 30x40 building was 10k that does not include gravel and concrete... but it did include the build, electric, oversized garage door, etc...
  21. the whole assault weapon deal or a 10 round magazine, give me a break... if someone wants to shoot up a theatre, they will just carry extra magazines, limiting the magazine size does nothing and is just retarded
