Stay somewhere cheap but clean. If staying on the strip we always have had good cheap rooms at the Monte Carlo. If you are getting a rental car then stay at an off strip hotel and just park for the day at one of the many free casino parking garages on the strip and do your walking thing. After the first couple times we now just goto a few of our favorite casinos that have a players club car linked together and do our gambling there. Pick out a couple shows you want to see, they are expensive but some are worth it. If your women is into the phantom of the opera, take her there. It was actually a pretty good show. We have rented cars and other times just taken a cab to our hotel and then gotten a deuce pass (double decker public bus) for 24 hours at a time and just rode the bus all over the strip and it even goes to freemont street which is the old vegas section with casinos like golden nugget, four queens ....etc

Ok Im going to get a couple sets of radials for the season to have on hand. Currently the car is on the old mt 275/60/15 and still did not mess with the suspension at all but had serious launch traction issues but held power from about 120 ft out. Im contemplating what I want to run next season after my current mt are worn out. I have minimal room left in my wheel tub for more tire and I think the MT PRO might be too much. I have heard that the Hoosier DR does better on shitty prep track... Who had run what and had best 60ft with that tire.... trails experience would be nice. either going to stay with old mt or goto a hoosier i think... When I had sams old BMW the hoosier was amazing...granted it was a fraction of the hp but that thing never broke loose on the street at 15lbs

100% price.... Have yet to meet more than a handful of people at parts store who know anything about cars beyond what part the screen shows

well I am cool with the factory amp and speakers in the audi they sound great for my ears. Just want some more control over use with ipod or android phone but just the 3.5mm jack will work. I like the usb/sd car connection and the dvd touchscreen is a bonus. I think Im leaning towards that Crutchfield deal since you get the harness stuff which I would have to buy with a used unit

I currently have the stock audi bose stereo with in dash 6cd changer. But it has a couple small quirks and thinking that Ill just upgrade. I have been out of the game for a little while and not sure whats a good unit and what some features are. I have looked around on crutchfield and got some ideas. really like the pioneer avic d3 for the nav and dvd but not opposed to a nice single din with some features. Mainly want it to look nice and be able to have at least ipod input or memory stick input its going in my 02 a4

Figured...just busting your balls. For me at least it would be a waste of money unless my car can go faster next year. and the whp per liter Id be fucked. there are a ton more cars who make more power more liter...but cool idea. Id still be interested though

fair enough. Mine is not a trailer queen I drove it to good guys this year and some other shows as well. I dont have HVAC but it has a complete interior with passenger seats and belts. You did not say 2010 as the pre req... I can drive mine to trails and home and looks as normal as about any other 72 nova on the street. Oh well I guess you want to narrow your field I also dont play on the street and your 3 competitions have nothing to do with the street

It seems like ray or mark would take them all or at least 2 of 3 with ease. Street driven is weak and same with having valid ohio plates. I do like the idea and concept and would be interested in trying my hand. When would the end date be to have the fastest pass or would this be at a track rental... if said car needed to take a lap around 270 or some kind of 30 mile cruise. like a true street event and provide valid insurance and what not than that would be more competitive.

yeah I was going to buy this sheetmetal dash but for close to 500 plus getting it powder coated most likely I decided not to. I already have all the gauges, just wanted to see them better. If I did not have gauges and was to start from scratch It would have a race pak in it
