  1. too late for this suggestion but when I do something like taking a dash apart or a timing belt ive never done before Ill just snap some quick photos with my phone as I go so I can reference
  2. She goes on thursdays from 530ish-10 she likes it, just a ton of work. Its the LEAD program and its finance for her.
  3. Wife will be done in May with her MBA from Ohio Dominican its been rough and shit ton of work, but she is a perfectionist when it comes to school and still caries a 4.0
  4. yup considering she is damn near 50 she is still very hot
  5. Thanks guys! I guess I was just wondering how a matte black with gloss black body moldings would look on my car. My buddy is seriously considering opening up a little side shop to plasti dip cars, wheels and whatnot. Thought i might give it a shot. I am realistically about 2-3 years away from painting the car. My car is a decent 15 footer, its got real old paint the presents fairly nice and alot of the other stuff on my car takes away from the paint so that helps
  6. I would not hesitate one second to use this kit. Truck manifolds and c6 manifolds have been proven time and time again. Have seen plenty of chads kits last and make good power. For a turbo kit for under 2g that you can upgrade turbos or other parts at a later time if you need to is awesome. Thanks for bringing affordable performance to the aftermarket world! hell I use a 130.00 4" cxracing intercooler to make over 1000 at the tire. no problems
  7. Whats the opinion on this stuff. I am multiple dollars short of a paint job and have some other car stuff Im wanting to buy before paint. My car is not bad paint wise but thinking about shooting it thick with some matte black and keep my gloss black body moldings on the car. Whats everyones thought? http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y216/1972nova/IMG_0369.jpg
  8. Ok I am beyond through with insight. We have century link out where I'm at and I think that's it. Anything have experience with it? Pros and cons? I'm in Pataskala area and have limited options
  9. I know personally and most higher hp stock builds they just use a stock tb. I had one of those fast knock off throttle bodys...the 102 and it was too big for my intake, I want to think inlet was 4.5. I guess unless you have the fast intake there is not many reasons to run a large throttle body, ive seen the stock on support 1300+
  10. did you just want an aluminum block for weight? Hell I paid 450 for a complete from harness to oil pan with injectors on a lq4 6.0 Either way cograts on finding what you wanted
  11. would be great for a garage if you have a good supply of wood for sure
  12. cool yeah for their are a ton of ones that caught fire and you can scoop them up for around 400 and still keep or sell some parts off of them if you just need a cheap block and rotating assembly
  13. is this that car that they ran the 1/2 mile at bristol with. pretty sweet
  14. would like but not sure about going to london are you ever around cbus where I could meet you at your convenience? I know you say picked up so i understand

    True Debt

this!... honestly its really hard to understand the true number in the population that receive these benefits in some way.. world chaos for sure
  16. Racing is discretionary spending. The number of cars being built and money out there is constantly being pulled back. I predict sooner than later they will have relax some more rules or make a budget 8.5 or 275 class to keep the sport in motion. While some of us may have the money there are more people who dont.
  17. Yeah I dont have the time to travel to a bunch of shit, But know they run the unlimited outlaw stuff at trails and the stuff at kilkare enough that it would consume most of my time off except my desire to make it to the 3 ls events. and in all those events my car with e85 would be allowed in some form of their racing whether its the 8.5 stuff or true street. Hind sight I would of went with about a point more compression now but my car builds boost real easy on the 2 step and isnt that laggy on the street before it brings all the boost in. Considering I have a mild prepped truck block, still a hyd roller cam. Box stock intake, stock polished crank, wiseco box stock pistons, and cheap ass eagle rods. My 1200 recipe was cheap (for what some people pay) with exception of the all pro heads. I dont care how sucked up in this 275 stuff I might get... I WILL NEVER switch from 3.xx pump gas or wherever e85 might go in price. Fuck all these sanctioning bodies and event promoters who are in bed with VP fuels. Thats why my car is insured and has tags on it. True Street it is
  18. Wiseco pistons... There is a guy with almost identical to the core build running a pt91.5 making 1350-1400 at tire
  19. I'm at. 8.7-8.8. I probably wouldn't mind low nines but sure I could push my t4 to 1150rwhp with my current current setup I may look into one of those x275 88 mm turbos towards end of next year if things go right... Would like to be around 1350-1500rwhp to try and run some class stuff if e85 gets more accepted
  20. Good and cheap paint places dont really belong in the same sentence. However my buddy mike runs bob boyd lincoln body shop and has hooked numerous people up here on the forum with some straight deals
  21. yup the eagles are the way to go. my motor is not even flexing them, there are a few guys making 1300-1500 in a truck block with eagle rods
