Stay away from a DD that you will want to mod is my only advice. It sucks the money away from your true toys and, eventually, you will mod it so that it sucks as a daily. What about an Audi? Like the BMW there are a ton of engine choices and all are AWD. I love my wife's Volvo as a DD but it is FWD and LOL at power if that is what you look for I'm a DD.

Seriously? I get the auto comment but I have no idea how a supposed car guy can hear that clip and say it sounds like crap. I love the supercharger whine... The question is will this be 640HP, will they keep it below the Z06, or will they up the power. There are rumors it will be more than 640.

They are 4 pots on the front. I think it uses the same rears though.

I have not seen a comparison but I am sure they are coming. The Challenger is really a very different car than the Mustang and Camaro's these days. The Challenger is a much bigger, heavier car. I think the straight line performance would be close but not on any road course-type comparison. The Challenger is a great bargain though. Interestingly, my rental this week in Dallas is a 2015 Challenger R/T with the Hemi / auto combo. It is a nice car but is way different than even my 2011 Camaro. It does sound good and is big and comfy inside.

I don't get your point at all. If you are in the market for a sporty/fast coupe why would you not cross shop these? They are certainly different price points but size, weight, performance, yada yada are almost identical. I think that saying the Camaro handles as well or better than the 70k+ BMW is the point. You could never say that before. If your German/foreign car bias is so strong that you dismiss what American car companies are doing right now it is your loss.
