It is in the Camaro6 link - The new 1LE package for Camaro 1SS models includes magnetic ride control, with a new FE4 suspension tuning and a new, segment-exclusive electronic limited slip differential (eLSD). Paired with massive Goodyear Eagle F1 tires, lateral acceleration will exceed 1G. Additional features available on the 1LE package include standard Recaro seats and a Performance Data Recorder (PDR), new to the Camaro lineup. The paragraph before, on the V6 model, says it is available on the 1LT and 2LT. May just be an oversight but I thought I read that elsewhere.

It's ok - they added ruby red! I actually love the Comp Orange on the Mustang and the Inferno Orange Metallic on the Camaro but it was the only color my wife vetoed. You can get ANY color but Orange.

That's a good question. I do know that in the link above Ford is adding 5k to the price of the GT350 to cover the now standard "options".

Man it is great to be a car guy right now. I do wonder if this approach will backfire because it will increase the price of the already more expensive GT350. GM is trying to hold the price down on the 1LE by making it only available on the 1SS. It will be interesting to see which strategy wins. I was clicking around in that link - a guy mentioned a TT Voodoo V8 for the GT500?? Is that really a consideration?

Sorry, these are H and R spacers. I cannot edit the title. They are part # 5075670 and retail for 159.95 a pair. They are 14x1.5 thread type and a 5/120 bolt pattern.

I am going to. It has 20k on the cam and double springs. Most say you can make it 30-40k on the springs so I should be good through this year but was worried, based on reading some theories, that leaving the motor in the same position for an extended period of time can cause the springs to fail. It's all good, I got the info I needed here. This is the first time I have stored a car remote from where a I live where I couldn't fire it up every few weeks. Just checking if there is anything I should do.

The ZL1 will be the match for the GT500. The Z28 is hanging out there in the wings - GM wants to put some sort of "special" engine in it but it is not clear there will be a new Z28.

Nearly perfect set of polished Camaro SS wheels - 20x8 fronts, 20x9 rears with nearly new Pirelli Pzeros (245 front, 275 rear). Will also include the TPMS, center caps and lugs. I have always stored my "toy" cars for the winter - not because they are worth so much or anything but because it makes it more special to me when the weather is nice. It is like a new car every time I drive it. Plus I am in a position where I can afford a DD that does that duty much better.

Believe me, I get it. My biggest concern on the whole car is the valve springs letting go. If you read some of the stuff people do to their cars in storage it is crazy. I am happy to know that there is no real need to do any of the stuff which is why I asked. There are some that have said I signed a death warrant for the car by not prepping and maintaining the car in storage. It seems that is way overblown. Plan is now to put the battery back in and, once it is up to temp, let it rip.

Yup - ZL1 and 1LE are 10/11 wide. Z28 makes it even more interesting switching out the 20s for 19x10/11 with 305s all the way around.

I have always wondered why Ford short changes the Mustang on the wheel/tire front. That seems like an easy/cheap upgrade for them.

There is a lot of talk about the "3 seconds faster" reference. I am not that familiar with road racing but they are saying that is on a 2 minute course - so 3 seconds is significantly faster.

Why didn't I think of that?

Thanks guys - long and short of it is I meant to go up and start it a few times this winter and ever got around to it. Wanted to take any precautions I should. I have all new fluids for it.
