if you are going to put a V8 in it swap in a LSX hell you can pick up a 5.3 with harness and ECU for around $700.

I have used jax wax on my Jeep I saw the same results with using meguiars.

14 year old Jeep and a 06 dodge caravan. I was also going to detail my Parents 57 ford for them but its all single stage lacquer paint. Products I have now are some 3m mild polish and meguiars polish their 3 stage setup. No, I have used a rotary in the past and am comfortable with them I know if I get it too how I can burn the paint. I normally go a a very low speed and let the rotary do all the work.

Look good how much of a lift is on it and what brand? Also if its a 4.0 the exhaust leak is likely from the header cracking (common issue if it is cracked you can usually have it welded to fix)the hatch shocks run $50 to replace. Goodluck with the sell.
