thats what im thinking so far. framing it and plywood top with aluminum sheetin or something on top. i will not have an engine bigger than a 400cc 4 wheeler motor on it, so it doesnt have to hold a ton of weight.

im looking to design a new bench for my garage. i have an old ratted out one that was there when i got it, its to deep and bulky. im looking for simple, space saving (though with room to work on it), and some storage. kind of wanted an L shaped bench. with some shelving underneath, 1 - 2 shelves, id like the first shelf to run the length of the longest part of the bench and then a smaller shelf on the bottom. also would like some shelving above the bench 1 or 2 shelves. and a nice place to mount florecent fixture. i have some rubber flooring , like impact stuff, its diamond tread, id like to put in the front of the bench. and id like to stick a tool box in a break of the bench. check my sick ass draw up. any good ideas, hints, tips. materials to use, etc etc. pics of your own setup. http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p301/hoblick/garage.jpg

pretty fun, muddy as hell. and i broke my carrier in my 400. my buddy bent a tie rod pretty bad in his 400 my other buddy matt wrecked and bent his bars on the crf450 and i jumped a dirtbike for the first time. and i love it
