Depends on if you think you will want 5G or Wifi 6. Other wise not really IMO. I went from Iphone X to the 12 Pro but I was looking forward to the 5g and wifi 6. Battery seems better. Big complaint from me is the weight but it will take time to get used to it. I love the new shape though.

ive got a B7 Oled and Im considering a Cx as well.

Careful, once you do everything else just looks terrible. when I was looking to buy a TV for my mancave I looked at the cheaper options then I eventually found the same LG OLED I had upstairs used for a decent deal so I went with that.

Dont plan on built in speakers having good sound. no matter what it will be tinny and muddy and be overall just adequate.

Depends on the model but they are worth that because they are appreciating in value. I just mentioned I considered selling my GSW on vortex and ive had multiple people message me asking to buy it. The demand is there for the right one.

been busy with the laundry room. Painted, put cabinets up, addied cabinet lighting and got the flooring laid down. I can say I never want to do tiling again it kinda sucked. Dont worry the register will be changed out. Still on the fence about backsplash, Figured we would wait until we get the base cabinet and countertop in before deciding.

I have pfSense running as a VM and its controlling my VPN network so anything on that network is going over a VPN tunnel. I was using that to stream Masterchef Australlia but it seems 10play got wise to Express VPN's IPs and blocked it again so it kinda became a bit useless for me. Wish Palo Alto would allow connectivity to OpenVPN but noooo.

I got annoyed with doing port blocking on my ERX. Ive only got the WAP setup now and even then i'm kinda at the point Id like to look at something else but the price is so right for the ubnt stuff.

Thanks guys, I think im going to return the ditra and go hardieboard. even through the fiberboard is taller overall its going to be a closer fit height wise to the hardwood and less work to install. Steve-o you can use the Ditra on traditional subfloor but they really want you to go directly onto the subfloor. if you do that you can get tile that is much lower. I just dont want to do that because I dont want to risk damaging my subfloors if it doesn't turn out.

So i'm getting ready to put new flooring in my laundry room and looking for some advice. Right now the flooring in the room is some cheap vinyl roll over 1/4" plywood which is outside glued. In the hallway transitioning to the laundry room is 3/4 thick hardwood. Subfloor is 3/4" and joists are 16" oc. I was looking at putting Schluter Ditra down which is 1/8 thick but I really don't like putting that straight on the sub floor because its thin-set'd to the subfloor and if you screw it up you basically have to pull the subfloor. Inset me into thinking I should just put an underlayment. Reading the Ditra manual they say thinnest underlayment is 3/8th that can be used with Ditra. So if I put the 3/8 underlay down, then the 1/8 ditra and the tile which is 3/8 im looking at 7/8 physical thickness + the thickness of the thinset. Which means just the materials is already 1/8 thicker than the hardwood. add thinset probably gets to 1/4 taller. So with all that said, do I just drop the 3/8 thick plywood underlayment and replace it with 3/8 cement board and drop the ditra? I know the subfloor needs to be 1 1/8" thickness minimum for tile so the 3/4" with the 3/8" cement board makes that happen and the tile will be basically the same height as the hardwood. Problem is finding 3/8 cement board, I can only find 1/4" and 1/2" so ill have to do the 1/2" which will get me the same height as the plywood and ditra. Problem with cement board is its supposed to be thin setted down to plywood however I know people are saying they dont do that anymore and its fine. if its only 1/4 inch taller I can probably get away with a transition piece and it wont be to noticeable.

335d with the M-sport package is so good. Before I got my sportwagon I was looking at a 335d wagon with the M-Sport package and it weas damn good. Just a bit more than I wanted to extend myself.

Honestly my issues with it is fit/ finish and shit paint quality which is kinda a big deal. From what I have seen they don't seem to depreciate in value much if getting CPO one. I don't know that I would feel comfortable getting a Tesla with out warranty. I feel it may be better to just get the Model S since its the more quality controlled car.

Amazing job as always Tim. I really want a model3 for daily I just have a hard time justifying it for the quality control issues.

Not trying to take up a shit ton of space on here but Ive been busy working on our laundry room. This all started out with a water spot on the ceiling that had been there but looked like it was old. Turns out the water drain for the upstairs bathroom was leaking at a previous repair that was not done correct. Ended up having to cut out the wall and ceiling to get at it and repair. Since I now had to repaint the walls which was a god awful color we decided to just re do the entire room. On the other side of the room, it the previous owner had plumbing work done and they cut out the ceiling but never repaired it so I had to handle that once making sure everything they had done was sound. On the wall behind the washer and dryer I had wanted to install a dryer box so I can push the washer and dryer all the way back to get some room and I needed to run some plumbing in the wall for the new sink to go in so I ended up removing the entire drywall. Good thing I ended up doing that because It turned out the toilet upstairs was leaking down the wall when flushed. So naturally I replaced the entire section of plumbing and replace the toilet flange. Anyway, for the back wall I ended up moving the dryer vent over and up a bit to get the dryer closer, I replaced the washer box and all plumbing, Swapped out the single outlet for a dual gang outlet and wired up for under cabinet lights, moved the water drain and water feed for the sink, Insulated the wall and added recessed lighting. Next up on the list is painting the ceiling, walls, installing new flooring and finally mounting the cabinets. *Disclaimer Sorry about your eyes as this paint is bright.. Before: Middle with everything done Where we sit today:

So I am re doing my laundry room and I had wanted to push my washer and dryer back as far as possible so I purchased this. This is specific for 2x4 downward venting for new builds and remodels. I went to install it and when I opened my wall I found the main waterlines for the bathroom upstairs, electrical box and cable box and decided it was best not to relocate all that. When I went to return the box they told me there was a restocking fee, plus I am responsible for shipping back to them and they will refund my money minus shipping so after all said and done I think I would get $15 bucks back which isn't worth it. if anyone her wants it gimme a solid $10 and its yours still new in box not used. https://dryerbox.com/model_DB-3D.htm
