I have a ruxin pro 2 which is a chinese copy of the Apex Pro knife sharpener. I changed out the stones for quality ones and im pretty pleased with it. Crazy, We have finally been told to work from home at my job. Also last weekend I went to Jegs and couldn't believe how busy they were. from when I took a number to when I got help it was just about an hour. I guess everyone is taking the time off work to finish their projects finally.

I have the Blackvue DR650s-2ch and I really like it. That said they are a bit on the more expensive side but I got it because its so tiny and doesn't have a screen on it. Ive had this set for I dunno 3-5 years now? 1080p front and 720 rear, wifi etc. I also got the powermagic pro as well to run it in parking mode.

Ive recently found Legacy Smokehouse. They have a Bar in one of the locations and pretty good BBQ IMO.

Thanks guys! This color really is perfect for what I wanted. I always said I want something dark in the shade but suns out guns out. Its going to be a bit before I can get to cars and coffee but the current plan this weekend is going to prep and fit the bumpers then paint, block wet sand the entire car, tape and 2 more layers of clear and possibly another wet sand and then buff. on a side note, anyone have any ideas where to get sheets of HDPE or UHMW?

So its been a long while since ive updated things and to be honest its really been at a stand still since it went to the body guy. Yea ive been collecting parts but no car for months has been dampening things. Anyway marathon over the weekend and got a good bit painted. front and rear bumpers and spoilers need fit up and painted then we are planning to wet sand and two more coats of clear. Reguardless here are a few teaser shots. Color is exactly what I was wanting. Ended up being a candy quad coat finish so far at 7 different layers.

Do yourself a favor and get a jzx100 chaser or mark II. Once they are legal id Imagine they sell for 25-27k and you can currently get them for ~5-8k.

JZX is converting from efans, continue replacing bushings/ worn out stuff and just drive it. Part of me kinda wants to get rid of it but who knows at this point.

agree with pat on the performance spinning HDD. I assume you need this for storage so if thats the case get a basic spinning HDD. You can get a 7200rpm 2 tb for $40 ish. I assume you are getting two of the same M2 to do a raid 0 on them so you should be fine performance wise, motherboard is way overkill, drop the PSU to 750w and get a modular one instead, cheaper memory unless you are getting it for pure looks. use the money saved in other areas and get a better GPU IMO.

No idea on the case as ive never heard of that brand but there is no need for a 1500w PSU in that computer. You need like a 750w max. Also you should probably go with a m2 SSD rather then the 2.5 and take advantage of the m2 slots on that motherboard. IMO there are quite a few components in that that are way over kill.

What are your thoughts on those quick latches? I was considering getting some to hold my side skirts and bumpers on for the JZX.

car should be back from paint next few weeks so putting it back together, New digital dash, and some other custom odds and ends. Also dropping the electric fan and dropping back to a clutch fan.
