  1. if he doesn't want the entire thing, how much do you want?
  2. I forgot to renew one year when I was probably 17 or 18. I went 6 or 7 months and never got stopped. When I did renew, I got prorated for the year!
  3. I make the minimum required payment first and then make smaller payments, which go directly to the principal, through the cycle to reduce the total amount owed.
  4. From what I understand, its like firing 15 bullets at one. It will be bad.
  5. My CCW instructor (Pataskala Police Officer) told us that the following statement should be used. "I shot to stop the aggressive action" in reality, nothing more, nothing less. With that statement, 1. you assert that you were not the aggressor. 2. you assert that you felt that you were in danger.
  6. I'm about 2 years away from the 10 year reunion and I doubt that I would go. 1. I can see what most of the people I went to high school has/is doing on social networking websites. 2. the only other reason for going is to see how much better I'm doing that anyone else. i.e. the hot cheerleader who is now fat and has 3 kids.
  7. I picked up some 3" 00 buck shot. its 15 pellets and I'd hate to see the damage that they will cause.
  8. In your second sentence, you have "assessed the threat".
  9. I am. this game is crazy. its going to the last minute before its decided.
  10. 1. I paid $75. a group including my uncle and several friends took the class at the same time. Also, the license is $55 unless a fbi background check is required. that check is an additional $24. I believe that typical class prices are in the $100-150 range 2. One of the people in our group went to the ohio attorney general's website and found someone who was recommended to teach the course. The instructor came out to a house of one of the groups and taught the class. 3. we reviewed the CCW handbook from the Attorney general and the instructor answered any questions that we had. Everyone in our group was very farmilar with a firearm. i.e. hunters, etc. 4. I carry everywhere and everyday (within legal limits). I didn't go through all of requirements to carry to not carry. 5. I carry a Kimber Ultra Carry II 45 cal. with a Don Hume IWB leather holster. I intend to purchase a DeSantis Tuck This II holster to try out. Our instructor recommended to not carry a 9mm due to the high velocity and long range of the round. He suggested a larger slower round. http://www.desantisholster.com/
  11. I would say that if gas went from 1.69 to 2.99, a $1.30 increase overnight, there would be rioting.
  12. I don't know about removing specific results. I have seen one last week that hijacked every search result. I suggest that you download malwarebytes (http://www.malwarebytes.org) and scan with it. It has been the best tool that I have used recently to clean virus/spyware/malware
  13. This thread can be deleted. Thanks to those that participated.
  14. The slug barrel was why it was expensive. I got my Maverick 88 for $160 with a 28" smooth barrel. You can pick up the 18.5" for less than a hundred I believe. check out http://www.gunbroker.com http://www.auctionarms.com
  15. a buddy of mine has hunted with a Mossberg Maverick 88 for the last 4 years and hasn't had a single problem. not even a jam. I have hunted with a Mossberg 835 and last year with a Maverick 88
  16. From the Attorney General Website http://www.ag.state.oh.us/le/prevention/concealcarry/index.asp Concealed Carry Sign (NOTE: This is an example of a standard warning sign approved for use on state buildings. If you see this sign, it means that you cannot bring your concealed handgun inside. This sign is in the public domain. Businesses and persons wishing to post such signs are strongly advised to consult their legal counsel for language, style, format and placement.) 17. The bulldog units are pretty easy to install. (I have done probably 12 of them) Go to www.bulldogsecurity.com to get the vehicle wiring diagram. This diagram also includes wire locations. the 95 taurus looks pretty easy. I might have some time the weekend after Nov 6. as for price, the last one I got paid to install, I got 100-120 I think.
  18. if that's the video of the DEA agent shooting himself, I think I remember him putting the magazine back in the gun.
  19. it happened again today. I went to my brother in laws (2 blocks away) then back home for 5 minutes and then to Kroger. when I went to leave Kroger it started and died. I swapped in the new relay and it fired right up on the first crank. I can't see the internal contacts of the old relay from the way that it is soldered. O well. I already bought the new one and I think that its going to fix the overall problem. :-) Thanks for the insight of the actual problem (water in the car)
  20. I had some windshield leaks but thought that I had fixed them all. I still have the relay pulled out from under the dash and the new one is in the car. I'm waiting until the next time the problem occurs before trying the new one. Since the day I made this post, I haven't had the problem. Maybe the windshield is leaking again, however, with the way the relay was mounted, it should not have gotten water inside it.
  21. I popped the relay apart and the solder connections look good. I ordered a new aftermark part from rockauto.com for $37ish shipped.
  22. Found it! man that thing is buried under the dash
  23. one other note, when the car does start and stays running it runs great. no other problems.
