trust me, it doesnt. its good and still drinkable. not fluffy at all. thickens up just a bit from the banana mixed in, but its not like a BK milkshake or anything. i'd say its just a tiny bit thicker than that bolthouse fruitjuice you can get at kroger or meijer.

throw about 1c of crushed ice, about 1c of water, a banana and a scoop of that in the blender until smooth = delicious. will cut out the calories you're taking in from the milk, and is still really good. and that doesnt have much protein in it...17g? i think the EAS has 23 and the meijer stuff i used to take (which i liked just a little bit more) was 26g

+1 on the hyundai/kia route. even though you might get some shit for buying either, like mentioned above, youll get a lot more for a lot less. plus if you buy new, you'll have a 5yr/60k mile bumper to bumper warranty, and a 10yr/100k mile powertrain. my old car i beat the shit out of it and the only real problems i had was from stuff i did from putting on aftermarket stuff, or just generally beating on the car. i think the only issue i had i didnt cause was a switch that sometimes didnt let the car start (clutch interlock switch), which was in the first couple months. dealer fixed it in a couple hours and i didnt have a problem since i'd buy another one if/when i start shopping for a new car.

for the stuff i listed? no. could i find any protein cheaper? probably. but i like the taste of the stuff i get, its $28 for 5lbs, and its gets delivered to my door. plus i can also order zone bars for like $.50 each and any other abbott product i want at cost.

since i am in the same field, i find it funny as fuck. but you cant talk to spouses without permission? gay. as long as state law doesnt bar it (IA and MA), ill talk to any spouse. unless you think they dont have any clue, then give them a little hint, but not too much, and they call the spouse and flip out but yesterday i called and left a message, and our title at the bank is "agent", and i got ahold of a girl who i left a message with on another line, and she hung up...her mom called back like 2 minutes later saying i just called her daughter, bitching about using the title "agent", etc...she then goes into talking about how they've gotten a lot of death threats lately and they dont appreciate me calling and saying "agent". i cracked up. she then proceeded to tell me it was illegal to do collections on sunday and she had the law right there, but when i called her out and asked her for the law or the attorney who told her that, she hung up.

YMCA in gahanna...not far from you and me...its where i go...just down from hoggy's at 62/morse. they have an indoor pool with 25m lanes, and a seperate kids area, so they're not in the way. i think ive only had to share a lane 1x, and that was for like 2 laps. also have a sauna and a whirlpool right there by the pool. water usually nice too. not sure on adult rates, but i know my "young adult" (<25) is $28/mo. i want to say its like $39/mo for an adult...website will show for sure

are you a big guy? im 5'11 about 180lbs, and i would say ive got medium size hands, and mine fit me fine...woulda probably been fine if i had a little larger hands as well. the grip extension does make a huge difference
