  1. nope...just dry stacked. i thought about it but figure if i ever need or want to take it apart, itll be easier. its solid though. maybe in the future ill upgrade to better stones...these look like (and probably are) theyre cast from concrete. i dont expect them to last a LONG time, but for $130, oh well. its not like a fire will burn 24/7. itll be a couple times a week, and im sure itll hold up for a couple years.

  3. fire pit almost done. 15 more bricks/stones and im done... http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y267/evan938/IMG_3002.jpg?t=1252904248
  4. now keep in mind, im 15 stones short of completion. the place only had 61, and the other location wasn't open on sunday. with the sale they had this weekend, i will have end up spending about $130. if you want to build a fire pit with 2x4x8 pavers, let me know. ive got about 600 of them listed on CL, but i'd like to sell them together. it would make a pretty big/decent fire pit, and probably still have a bunch left over. http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y267/evan938/IMG_3002.jpg?t=1252904248
  5. i realize youre a manager at donatos, but really, its not that serious. i worked there for 2.5 years, and if someone called off, oh well...i wouldnt say anyone was anywhere near being "fucked" its fucking pizza. instead of 29 minutes to get your food, it might be 34.
  6. anal glaucoma. i dont see my ass coming into work today
  7. yeah...got a few. just need to get my camera cord from my g/fs parents. ill pick it up tonight. we got most of the bricks for the fire pit...need 15 more to finish the last level of it, but it turned out good.
  8. you didnt catch where he said his friend works at RALLYS
  9. i just picked up 61 stones for the walls of my pit today...i need another 24 that i have to go get this week...we're gonna start to build it with what we have tonight. resting for a min, since we just drove 4 hours total cost will be <200 and it will have a 36" ID and about a 52" OD
  10. ha. im going to the game here in about 20 minutes. go tribe!
  11. pretty sure mobile electronics moved from morse rd to indianola. not sure where though...would be my guess glad im out of town. i used to like a lot of bass, and now it gives me a headache. guess im growing old
  12. until you get a chicken with some big ol' titties and it leans to one side and wont stay up straight. umm....maybe i could have worded that differently
  13. i guess its to keep the chicken from falling over. for 6$, id rather have the peace of mind than the one time i dont use it and that shit tips over and i have to clean spilled beer from the bottom of my new oven.
  14. ive got the little wire frame to hold the beer can for the chicken. was like 6-7$ at BB&B. it was ok.
  15. i heard about the store, but wasnt sure where it was...where is it on westerville rd? and i thought you had said 16x16, but i wasn't 100% sure. guess ill just throw them in with whoever wants to come pick up these bricks. i listed them on CL. couple bites but just people who want 20-30. i want them all gone at once. lol
  16. lol. i was talking about it at work today since im taking in a crockpot full of it for a potluck tomorrow. like 3-4 people have had it with the PB sandwiches, and everyone else is like "that sounds disgusting" i had to agree with them though...it does sound gross as fuck, but in reality, its amazing so with my chili im taking in a loaf of bread and a jar of PB.
  17. we have a "cookbook" thread on another forum im on...couple i posted that are pretty easy and cheap, which fits my schedule perfectly Chicken Ruby 4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce 1 cup prepared orange juice 1 tsp ginger 1/2 white onion, diced Flour Salt Pepper 1 stick butter melt 1 stick of butter, in frying pan. mix some flour, salt and pepper. coat chicken in flour mixture. brown in pan for a few minutes on each side (you dont want to cook it completely through) in a sauce pan, combine cranberry sauce, orange juice, ginger, and onions. bring to boil. place chicken in 9x13 pan, pour sauce over chicken. cook in oven 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through completely "chicken w/ sour cream stuff" i dont have a name for this, so thats what its called...good as hell though 1 whole chicken. slow roasted, or pressure cooked (preferred) 8 oz sour cream 1 small can (10-12oz?) cream of chicken soup 1 sleeve ritz crackers 1 stick butter 1 tsp salt pressure cook chicken ~20 min, until done remove from heat, let cool in a seperate bowl, mix cream of chicken, sour cream, and salt. set aside in frying pan, melt a stick of butter. crush sleeve of ritz crackers. mix into butter, fry for a few minutes until toasted and most of butter is gone go back to chicken, pull all meat off of bones. shred meat while doing this, and place in 9x13 pan. once all meat is off, pour cream of chicken and sour cream mixture over top, evenly. then add ritz cracker mix bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes Easy Chili 1 lb ground beef 1 diced onion 1 tsp minced garlic 1 large can diced tomatoes with juice 1 small can (14oz?) kidney beans 2 tsp chili powder 1 tbs sugar 1 large can (yellow can) brooks chili mix cook ground beef until done, add all other ingredients. serve/dip peanut butter sandwiches into chilli (i know it sounds gross, but its good as hell...i guess its a TX thing. im sure someone from the area will comment) Potato Soup Type Stuff Ingredients - 3 Large white potatoes - cubed 4 Celery Stalks - diced 1/2 pound bacon - chopped 1 qt. heavy whipping cream 16 oz chicken broth 7oz pesto 1 sm package (4oz? maybe) pine nuts 8 oz orecchiette (its a pasta). Cook bacon in large pot, add celery and potatos once bacon done (leave bacon grease in pot to coat potatos and celery). Add whipping cream, chicken broth, pesto, pine nuts, and orecchiette. Turn heat down to medium, let simmer until warm and potatoes are soft.
  18. i was curious and did some searching and found this was the general consensus
  19. anyone have one laying around they wouldnt mind getting rid of? dont mind if its a little beat up, as long as i can sand it down and stain it to make it look half decent only need one. size doesnt need to be anything specific...tall and narrow. maybe something like 15" wide, 36" tall, give or take. let me know what you got and what you want for it. ps...yes Tim, im stealing your idea... edit - probably be good to mention, im looking for a "louvered" shutter...something with horizontal slats like this... http://images.lowes.com/product/040865/040865508327.jpg
  20. great camera, i have one i just bought last year. its got enough functions for me not to know how to use most of them. lol
  21. hopefully you dont go to the gym over that same weekend. whats funny, is i saw 8 pages of BS, skipped over it, and saw the quote somewhere else in a thread, and it didnt make much sense. now that i had time to read through this, i think its fucking funny. i think its funnier because if i posted some shit like that and my g/f saw it, it would probably be the same reaction, and i wouldnt really give a shit. internet is serious business
  22. theres a couple out there...i remember seeing a few screen shots from a movie she did a while ago. nekidness or not, i think shes hotter in her clothes in those pics than that other chick naked in black and white.

    It's a boy!!!

damnit. you beat me to it. bravo, sir.
  24. you'll be ok when i was 13 or 14, i got caught shoplifting at walmart. couple CDs or something dumb. no police, but i had to sign saying i wouldnt ever go back (which is funny, because ive been in there quite a few times since) then, when i was 16, i apparently hadn't learned my lesson, and got busted at meijer, more CDs. cops came for that one, i had to go down and do some "teen court" shit, basically it was a court system with other kids who had gotten in trouble, one was a prosecutor, defense, jury of like 7...had to do some online class, and a couple other gay things, then be part of the jury for like 6 weeks. i havent had an issue with any jobs since, and one of them was even for my grandpa's security company (although i dont think he'd hold it against me). ive had like 5-6 jobs since i turned 18, never a word about it
