ive actually heard about BMWF from a few people, and it sounds like they have some gooooood options (as far as lease options and such for being there so long), but ive heard that its very hard to get in there, and its a bit of a drive for me from blacklick. i guess i could give it a shot. i think working there it would be more 1st party working for the finance company directly than 3rd party, where my clients now have already charged the accounts off...

well, the way their pay period works, im not working 40 hours on their week. lets take it like it was before...sat-fri pay period. work 4 hours saturday then 8 hours mon-thurs, and 4 hours on friday. 40 hours in 1 week of the pay period. chris, im gonna consider that. as much as i dont think i want another job in collections, that doesnt sound like a bad deal...only thing that drove me away a few months ago is the fact they dont even want to give me the chance to bonus for 3 months...not saying im gonna come in and blast out 40-50k in my first month, but hell, if i do, at least give me something for it... are those new changes something that came in when the company got bought out? i know when i talked to michelle (i think), that is way off from what she told me

i know i wouldnt have an issue finding another job, because i actually went looknig a few months ago and got a couple offers....but with doing collections, i would hate going to a new place, becoming the low man on the totem pole again, and starting at next to nothing every month. where im at now, since ive been there for 2+ years, i come into each month at almost 1/2 my monthly goal, which lets me relax a little bit to get to where i need to be by end of month....hell, a few months ago, i was already bonusing on the 3rd day of the month (on a 22 day month)...so basically any money i got from then on out, i kept X ammt of every dollar i picked up

im not salary...i know the management there doesnt get any comp time, which is shitty i feel bad that the company is fucking them, but when theyre fucking everyone else in the company, its even worse im tempted to just call off one day. fuck them. probably monday, so i can have a 2 day weekend, since i think everyone else will call off friday

well, i learned some more since this post and now. apparently, theyre not even paying us overtime...just for a regular 8 hours the way i work sat and not get OT is because our pay period runs from sat-fri. so i work 4 hours saturday, i take off that time mon-fri. my schedule is 12-9 mon/tues (with an hour lunch) and wed-fri 8-5 (1 hour lunch) i think their thinking of it as "if XXX works sat, mon, tues, thurs, fri, thats 40 hours, we dont have to pay OT, and only giving us 8 hours of pay for the holiday

then fuck those people. lol

i wouldnt put the car name in it...one thing i hate on custom plates is when they put the car name into it, like i dont already know what it is but i dont have any suggestions

so here at work, they don't pay overtime. so for our 2-3 saturdays a month we have to work, we get to take that time off during the week. when i first started, it was a 4 hour sat (8-12) and a 6 hour at the EOM (8-2). then, new company came in, changed it to 2x 4 hours (8-12)...this was good. we were able to take off a day at noon, or come in at 5 on a late night....a few months ago, they changed it to 2x 4 hour sats/month, and on a month with 5 saturdays, the last saturday is 8-430. at the same time, they told us instead of being able to take a 1/2 day off, we could only use an hour a day...so we could work 1-9 on a late night, and 8-4 on an early day no one was happy with this, but we bit the bullet so this saturday coming up tomorrow, we knew we would have to work 8-430. not happy, but i gotta do it. we'll, theres been word going around today (and heard it from my neighbor/manager) that they are not going to allow us to use that 8 hours, and that they will just pay us the OT. for me, at this point, i could give a shit less about the extra money. in the month of june, i have only had 6 days that i have not had to step into this building, most were sundays. are they legally allowed to force us to work overtime? i think after the upper management tells us (which i dont expect them to do today or everyone will call off tomorrow), im going to be writing to HR. such BS...

i got a good deal at sofa express last weekend, and right now, they have free 48 month financing. they denied me at first, but once i got the finance company on the phone and had some words with them (since they had no reason to deny me), they approved it.

i did that with my old cat...except we used a fishing pole, drag it across the room, and lifted it up at the end and he would ususally do a backflip...the one time he crashed into the bigscreen tv...funniest thing ever

update... called a few places reccomended that i was able to find #s for spay/neuter clinic off billingsley - 250-330 PER CAT. no way spay/neuter on hamilton only does up to 2 years old - 132$. they gave me a # for the place i went behind aquarium cafe for the older cat, they want 144$ for him...not bad woman i work with said to call "pet lovers" at livingston/brice...sounds same as gahanna, telling me they need a check up (47$), declaw (184$), blood work (68$), pain meds (28$) and IV/catheder (47$)...this is for each cat...$750 for the pair. no fucking way called alexandria animal hospital - 95$/each, and they have to use some special litter for a week. sweet OSU animal hospital - 113$/each, same deal with litter i guess whoever else is curious now has something to go off of

yeah...damn. for my appt, last month was like 90$ (but my 120$ deposit from last year when i moved in covered it), and this month, it was like 60$ with the other 30 from the deposit. last year it was about 75$/mo winter...that kills me

0 wheel gap looks good. i just got some lowering springs on my car, and i hate the drop. i dont think it dropped the rear as much as the manufacturer claims...might be getting some new ones soon hopefully i can get it close to what you have pictured

i was gonna go, but decided not to...after my buddy sent me some pics, it really didnt look like i missed anything i didnt see last year plus, last year, hyundai actually paid for everyone + a guest's entrance fees, had free door prizes (of the 30 people who had cars there, everyone got a prize...good prizes too...satellite radio, subwoofers, dvd's, etc etc), and actually took everyone and their guests out to texas roadhouse or something and paid for our meals except for drinks. but being that it wasnt the turnout they were hoping to get, and it was crappy in 05, they decided not to help sponsor it this year, and i didnt feel like paying 30$ to get in for the same thing maybe next year

my g/f bought a sony cyber-shot, 6.0MP model is DSC-W50...i think it was 220$ish...its a very good camera for the price. ive stopped using my old POS gateway camera and usually just take hers whenever we go somewhere and what i like about this one over my camera, where mine will take 45 second videos at one size, and 1:30 at a smaller size, hers will take up to like 22 min of video on a 512mb card or around 3k pics. battery life is also very good
