i got a guy at work, maintenence/fix-it guy who wears a red pair of those the last couple weeks...funny as fuck caus i was in the lobby, and i said "john, those look like a comfortable pair of shoes" (somewhat sarcastic), and he went on to say how comfortable they are, i hopped on the elevator with an older black guy, and as soon as the door shut he goes "yeah, but they look fucking ridiculous...for christ sake, theyre pink!". lol

theres a guy out on shull rd in new albany named don jordan that does A LOT of work on/with DSMs. im sure a few people here have dealt with him. i havent heard from him in a few years, but it seems like every summer (and maybe winter as well), he buys DSMs for cheap, fixes/replaces the motor, gets it back into good driveable condition, and sells them for a small profit *IF* i was going to buy a 1g/2g dsm turbo, thats who i'd go to. hes always got somethin in his yard for sale

we were just in topsail beach, NC, which is just south of the outerbanks...i used to go to the outerbanks when i was a kid, all the time...it was nice to be back in the area...we were smack dab between wilmington and jacksonville, and about 20 min from camp lejune for me and my g/f, i think her dad paid about 500$ round trip for the both of us, via US airways. we had to fly columbus > charlotte > jacksonville and wilmington > charlotte > columbus ...i know prime rental season just started, and rates will be a bit higher...the place we stayed was 7 br, 7.5 baths, and was 1600 or so for the week and the day after we left started prime season and it now rents for about 6k/wk...right on the beach

ha. unfortunately, the only thing my cats will be killing are a couple loose crickets from feeding the frogs. now my old cat...he was a beast...we were outside one day, and he comes up with a small rabbit hanging from his mouth, bleeding a bit, comes up to my mom, drops it down, as if its a present for her, and as soon as he lets go, the rabbit went running. he went right back after it, it got across the road and he got it again. lol. 2nd time he dropped it my mom held him back and the rabbit got away

haterade? they try to label it as a 4000hp integra. the only OEM part on that car is the badge, and i could be thinking of something else, but didnt it say somewhere in there that the engine is machined out of a single block of aluminum and doesnt even have oil ports, and wouldnt run for more than the length of the 1/4 mile due to overheating?

my buddy did this about a year ago, said he wanted a 2k deposit on his car, which i think he was selling for 12k, he told the guy it was refundable, guy paid him the deposit, never got back to him, my buddy even tried calling the guy every other day, 2 weeks later, no response, he spent the cash. lol
