man, i know i never got back to you on those rotors...i could never get the fuckers off. when i get my new slotted rotors in pads, i may just bring the car up to you and see if you can break them off or something (theyre trashed anyways) and throw the new ones on.

i dont know anything about those engines, or if everything is ready and the new engine just needs to be dropped in, but John Rutan (RutanTA) did an engine swap for me (stock for stock) for like 300$. i know hes at a different shop now, so i dont know if he is still able to, but check with him. top notch work and he was extremely fast. i dropped it off friday, he said he wouldnt be able to start til monday, which was fine with me, and he called me tues morn and said it was done. unfortunately i couldnt get to him until wed, but when i did, everything was perfect!

is there any way to get a package off a truck and pick up on the weekend? i cant get anyone on the phone at UPS. they tried to deliver it today, but they wouldnt leave it on the step. i didnt think there was sig conf on it. i can get you a tracking # if needed, just let me know. i just want to get this part and install it this weekend while i have time TIA

yeah, i just havent had time. sold the integra at the end of april, went on vacation for a week, and been busy as fuck at work...but it is much nicer to get 28-30 mpg CITY when i could usually only hit 25 HWY with the gsr. as for the fee, i only had progressive for like 5 months, cancelled it, and i wasnt charged a cancellation fee...even if it was 30$, i would eat that to save more money monthly (as long as its enough that its worth it...not 5-10$)

do companies (other insurance, auto finance companies) look down on switching insurance quite a bit? in october, i went with my first policy not with my parents thru progressive. rate was best i could find at the time (210/mo)... in/around april, was shopping again, went with allstate. same coverage, but i saved like 60$/mo (down to 155/mo), which is nice. been with allstate a couple months now. bought a newer used car last month, and my insurance jumped from 155/mo on my 95 gsr, to 218/mo on a friggin hyundai elantra. well, shopping around once again, i checked out progressive for shits and giggles, and it turns out they only go back 35 months, so my ticket/accident from 04 have now dropped off in their eyes...for the same coverage im getting with allstate, plus some extra (roadside assistance, AND loan/lease pay off), its like 55$/mo cheaper. ive NEVER had a lapse in coverage, and over the last 3 years, have had no moving violations (at least not convicted...pleaded a ticket down to an equipment violation), and a tint ticket. so is there anything negative i should worry about switching insurance, or should i be ok as long as im constantly insured with no lapses?

no, the dealership said they got the check when i called a couple weeks ago...i called because i got a "sorry we couldnt finance you" letter from 5/3, dated 2 days after i got the loan, but the guy at the dealership said it was probably from when HE tried to apply for me. its not that theyre saying they didnt give me the money, theyre saying they havent received something from the dealership to finalize it

i opened my checking account there, because it was close to my old job, but i think ive really only been at that location 4-5 times for the longest time it was the gahanna branch, and since i moved to blacklick, with my work scheule, the branch inside kroger at eastpointe is where i go if i need to talk to someone after hours or on a weekend

so after the whole checking account card fiasco from what, a month ago?, i was forced to go with 5/3 once again. few days or a week before the card issue, i went to 5/3 to inquire on auto loan rates. got a set number %, went shopping...dealership i found my car at told me they could match/beat the rate a week after having the car, they couldnt. go to fith third, get the loan, get everything sorted out w/ the dealership so its been 3-4 weeks, and i still dont see my loan on my internet banking. my old loan was there like 2 days after i signed papers. so i call today. here is the conversation, pretty much dead on 5/3 : hi, thank you for calling 5/3, name/info please, blah blah...how can i help you? me : im calling regarding my installment loan i have with you 5/3 : i dont see an installment loan me : yes, thats the problem. my 1st payment should be due sometime this week, but i cant see it online to transfer funds to make the payment 5/3 : ok, let me search by name... (nothing)...ok, let me call another department and see if they have anything ...hold for 5 min... 5/3 : ok sir, it looks like we haven't received something from the dealership to finalize it on our end. we need you to have the dealership call us. me : ok, what do they need to send you? 5/3 : we just need them to call us to send over some information me : ok, so i should call up, and say "hey mr. dealershipman, my bank said you need to call them and send them information, but i have no clue what youre supposed to be sending them" right? 5/3 : yes. so then, i look like a jackass calling the dealership saying theyre supposed to be sending the bank info, of which i have no clue what it is. im really convinced that im dealing with the dumbest people 5/3 has to offer, each time i call

i had them on both big toes around middle highschool, 15-16. they still grow into the skin, but like anthony, i just get a small razor blade, a good tweezer, cut down, and pull out the nail and usually some of the skin that has attached itself to the nail growing in. pour some peroxide on it a couple times and im good as new for at least a few months hasnt bothered me lately though

"time is going really really really really slow right now" ill admit, ive tried weed a few times....i could probably count on all my fingers and toes the number of times ive done it. the majority of the times, i would be out at a freinds house in millersport, right on the island. the only thing i ever really remember, is leaving her house, getting on the straight road that was probably 2-3 miles, and thinking it would take me an hour to finally reach the blinking red light. if that wasnt bad enough, 20 miles on i70 felt like it took all night cant say i miss those days much anymore...rock on the range smelling weed in the pit did remind me a lot about it though. lol
