if you do decide to go with powdercoating, i went and talked to a guy named jason @ performance powdercoating last night for a set of wheels (i know, big difference) but he showed me some of the work he did and it was amazing. his # is 614.207.4705 if you want to try to get ahold of him...hes just south of 70 on james rd

yeah...i could see that...for some 250$ wheels and already putting 400$ into them its almost not making sense to me...the guy powdercoating them is going to see if he can smooth it out some and get it to look better. if not, i guess its off to wheel medic

whew...called them today...110.50 for one wheel. between sand blasting, powdercoating, and everything else, this 250$ set of wheels and tires is going to end up costing me almost 700$

i saw a few threads mentioning wheel medic, but mainly for bent/scuffed wheels. can they fix curb rash? i got a set of used wheels that 3 are in GREAT condition but the 4th has curb rash on the lip on about 75% of the wheel. anyone know if wheel medic can fix this, and what i should be looking at for repair? its a 15" wheel.

well, now that i can see the pic yeah, not as bad as it was made out as. we only walked down to the end of the bleechers and went to the top and couldnt see much so i assumed it wasnt too good. good thing he is ok and the car is fixable. it sounded like a beast and was nice to see it still in one piece hopefully we'll see him out there at another friday night event

someone said he already ran a 10.xx and was doing something about a license run...not sure what that means...just overheard some guys talking. with what i heard that car will do, i would assume the 10.xx he ran was his "slow" run

and i was excited to get back out this week then remembered my car is going to be in the shop til at least monday getting the paint fixed...ugh. looks like it gives me some time to get my ported IM and spacer in before the next one
